Was looking forward to grabbing some good chicken and jojos so I stopped there around 3:45pm. The lady working barely said a word to me and looked like she was mad she had a customer. I got home to eat and the food she gave me was so old and was sitting there probably all day. The jojos were hard as a rock and the chicken was stale. even the 2 rolls were smashed and disgusting. When we called to inform the Engle Rd location that our order was incorrect, we were refused a refund, cursed at and then hung up on. We have also filed a complaint with the corporate office.
