My first time ordering from here. I got the pulled pork sandwich and my boyfriend got the brisket sandwich. The meat was so yummy and tender just wish there would’ve been more barbecue sauce on the side or on the sandwich itself otherwise it was delicious. Also ordered cornbread with Mac and cheese both were good as well. I’m sure the experience in person would’ve been better but we ordered DoorDash due to just having a baby. Will be returning!!

Killed it. I’ve had KC BBQ numerous times at some of the institutions and Pit Take could compete all day. The rub did it for me. Ribs were perfect. The greens were amazing. You can tell the pit master knows his craft. I can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu.

Simply, the best BBQ around! What makes it more special is the husband and wife duo of Michael and Tammy! Two great people that make the fair consistently delicious. I have eaten BBQ All around Pittsburgh and this is second to none period! I will be moving out of state and this will sadly be missed Lastly, if you love Michael always had some greats playing too!! Today we got their burger special, a cheddar burger. We were absolutely blown away by the quality, like everything blending perfectly, a dream of smoked flavors that you can tell were made right then and there. With perfect sides that would beat any family reunion, the only way we woke from such a food coma was in realizing we had devoured every piece. Good thing we had their yummy banana pudding for dessert.

Staff were very friendly. The BBQ platter was fantastic. Brisket and ribs were very tender. Mac and Cheese could have been more cheesy. Overall would highly recommend.

The ribs were not good. A little too salty and not that great tasting. Coleslaw good. Mac and cheese good. Banana pudding was good but the consistency was a little soupy. Cornbread so so. We will not be going back.
