Girl had issues at the screen taking my order. Had to clarify what we wanted when we got to the window. It was 1 blizzard, 1 chocolate shake, 2 medium dipped cones and 3 vanilla kids cups. My littlest wanted chocolate ice cream but they didn’t have any. They also didn’t put whipped topping on my shake like it should come. Also the kids cups were the last thing served so impatient toddlers were not pleased. The workers were friendly enough. Not our best ice cream experience in town but good enough for a last minute stop.

The food here is fantastic and the service is great. Since it’s a walk up and drive through only, there’s usually a wait because their building is too small. Besides that, it’s amazing ice cream. Buy a blizzard

I ordered two small ice creams from here and it was $.68 over, but they were too broke to cover it and they were also very rude. They were rolling their eyes and do not think I’ll ever come back here again. There was trash everywhere

My blizzard was the wrong one. I went back to the window and no one even acknowledged I was there. I even knocked on the window. Then one of the kids finally asked what I needed, I then waited another 5 minutes to only have another asked again what was wrong. Took over 15 minutes to get my ‘correct’ blizzard only to have them put inch chunks of bananas and 3 times as much pecans in soupy ice cream as I am sure was to lash back out at me. Very rude employees. Very poor quality. Needs some adult management at night.

What’s not to love about Dairy Queen? Plenty of variety when it comes to blizzards and other sweet treats! Some of the staff are very nice & polite. Then there are the others that don’t even begin to know how to be friendly or even smile.

Every time I go through the drive thru to get a mocha moolate it’s never made right and when I ask for the whip cream and chocolate syrup to put on it. I get eye rolls and was even told that I have to ask for it. The advertisement shows a moolate with whip cream and chocolate syrup so why would I have to ask for it.
