This place is one of the more unique places we’d been to eat in the area, it’s got a small restaurant vibe with top tier food quality. From the second you walk in you can feel the love in this place, the cakes put your average bakery to shame, the chocolate milk is actually whole milk with chocolate added… I just can’t stress enough how they seem to nail every detail from top to bottom.

WOW! What a hidden place in plain sight. Located in kenner along the river this place was lovely. 3 tables outside with chairs and plenty of seating inside. Serving coffee and booze with delicious food what a better way to start your morning. I had the BBLT while it wasn’t my favorite it was good. A really good balance between sweet and salty. I will be back to try another dish soon!

Tried this when we left the airport in NOLA. Neat little spot with great service and very good food in a quaint part of Kenner. We would definitely return. Love supporting small businesses! Oh, and the doberge cake was great!

This was our second visit to Debbie’s on the Levee, and it was even better than the first. We came with friends on a busy morning, yet everything moved so smoothly — from seating to service.
We ordered the banana split pancakes, a classic breakfast plate, and the French toast, and every dish was wonderful. The flavors are comforting, portions are generous, and everything tasted freshly made. My 3-year-old absolutely loved the candied bananas, which were a hit at the table.
It’s great to see a Kenner breakfast spot consistently deliver delicious food and friendly service. Local restaurants like Debbie’s on the Levee really make the Kenner community feel special, and places like this — along with other long-standing Kenner favorites — deserve more support from locals and visitors alike.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Kenner or Rivertown area and looking for a great breakfast or brunch experience!

Debbie on the Levee is a hidden gem — cozy atmosphere, great food, and friendly service.
Our server was still in training, but the service was smooth and welcoming. We ordered a latte, house coffee, lemon milkshake, burger slider, and the grilled Caprese.
The burger slider featured a juicy, flavorful Angus beef patty — you can tell it’s homemade with care. The grilled Caprese was beautifully toasted and layered with fresh tomato, basil, melted cheese, drizzled with pesto sauce and finished with a balsamic glaze — light yet full of flavor.
The lemon milkshake was a standout — creamy and refreshing, with a nice hint of lemon zest that makes it pop.
Food was wonderful overall, and there’s definitely more on the menu we’re looking forward to trying. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Well not only is this place so quaint and perfect but the food was amazing the atmosphere was calm and very nice not too loud not too quiet my cousin asked if they could put the game on and they did and the best part of our trip was ARI!!!!!!!! She an amazing addition to your team! She was kind, compassionate, genuine, professional, respectful, and hilarious!!!!! She’s amazing Deb you have a great team and everything is set up so so adorably and the homemade biscuits neeeeed recipes nowwwwww lol thank you for having us!!!!

I have passed this place many times. And obviously robbed myself of a great experience many times! The staff were friendly. The view by the window was so peaceful. I went at 9am and it was a soothing calm environment. I looked over the menu with lots of great choices and chose the breakfast bowl. Best decision of my day. The eggs were light and fluffy with a great taste. The grits were cooked to perfection and the bacon was right on the edge of crispy so I could really taste the flavor. I also ordered the biscuit with a couple jelly’s (one being bacon jam suggested by a great waitress). It was so warm and fluffy and super tasty. What blew me away was the presentation! This place really cares about what they put out. The prices are reasonable and the product is remarkably fresh and delicious. I will be back and I will bring anyone I can.

Wow!!! Googled a place for beignets and stumbled on this AH-mazing place. The atmosphere, courteous staff and the FOOD…every bite was full of flavor. I had beignets and she breakfast bowl. You will NOT be sorry. Compliments to the chef, waitress and owner. 5 STARS ALL AROUND…just go!

This is truly a hidden gym! The inside atmosphere is wonderful. The customer service is excellent. The products are just amazing. Five stars also two food presentation when your orders are served! The beignet BLT sandwiches or must try!

What a wonderful little gem in the middle of Kenner on the outskirts of New Orleans. We have now been here several times and just love the food here. The establishment is clean and comfortable. The staff is just great. It really makes the difference in the dining experience. They have great drinks, good coffee and the food portions are always large. We always have a box of food to take home with us. The muffins are also really good. Love the banana nut muffins.
Keep in mind that EVERYTHING is cooked to order so during peak times there can be a long wait for food to come out. If you are in a hurry call ahead to see what the wait times might be just to be sure but I can tell you we’ve waited at times and the food is worth it. Just have a drink and enjoy your company.
So a shout out to Chuck and his team for bringing this gem of a place to Kenner. We will be back again and again.
