You know, I believe in second chances and occasionally a third chance. But I am so done with this dominos. My family just officially became a Papa John’s family.

We ordered during the snow storm about a month ago. They didn’t update their systems and our order went through despite nobody being in the building. Fine, but it should not have happened. The management should have prevented that. Frustrating and we had to fight with getting a refund.

We ordered a few weeks after the snow storm. Took them well over an hour before anyone left the building (according to the tracker). Once they left the building it was 30 minutes and nothing? We live 3 miles from the place. We called and the manager who answered was incredibly rude and blamed it on the road conditions. The roads are clear! Pizza arrived 20 minutes later, COLD. Two hours to get cold pizza with a side of attitude. Unreal.

Dominos sent us a free pizza for our troubles so we decided to use that code today. Strike 3. Today was much faster but our pizzas arrived damaged. I’m not even sure what happened. The delivery insurance thing requires you to bring it back in person. I don’t have my car today. I can’t. And even if I did I wouldn’t want to deal with the woman on the phone. She is so rude!!! See the photos. To top it all off the delivery driver dropped my soda and it’s flat. Damaged pizza and flat soda. Phenomenal.

The service is top notch. I am greeted even before I get close to the register, no matter how busy they are. The atmosphere is friendly and happy. The food is always of the best quality every time I have eaten there. The people there really care about the service they give to the public and I can’t say enough good things about the store. A+

A huge thank-you to the Domino’s team — especially the manager, Eric, for going above and beyond for us!

We were hosting an Eagle Scout service project and our original restaurant that was supposed to provide lunch cancelled on the project day. We had a large group of volunteers to feed. Eric at the Quantico location truly stepped up in a moment of need. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly.

The pizzas were hot, delicious, and a perfect boost for our tired volunteers. It meant so much to have someone genuinely care about helping our group.

We are very grateful for this Domino’s and the exceptional manager who made a big difference in our day.

My experience with the manager was unbelievably disappointing. Her communication was unprofessional, impatient, and showed zero ability to handle a basic customer issue. Instead of calming the situation, she escalated it with a rude tone and an attitude that had no place in any management position. It’s alarming that someone with such poor people skills is responsible for resolving customer concerns. She has brought out the worst side of me because of our phone conversation and hung up on me and lied to me that her general manager saw the pizza. This was by far one of the worst interactions I’ve had with any business, and it reflects extremely poorly on the company and the general manager D.

The pizza was delivered like the photo below. It took about 90 minutes to deliver a pizza that was both destroyed and cold.

When I called back, they told me that they would not refund the order. A delivery driver told me she had gotten into a screaming match with the manager over a refund and had paid for the pizza out of pocket herself.

What in the world is going on here?

This establishment is an absolute disgrace to the dominos name and should be completely restaffed. I ordered a pizza for my wife and daughter as a surprise while I was at work. The pizza arrived and it was completely torn apart and slices had bites taken out of them. I returned the pizza in the same condition it was delivered and the workers had no idea what happened they claimed, but I could tell they knew something. Seriously? As a veteran I am sad to see this is how this place is serving pizzas on Quantico Marine base. The marines there deserve better.

One pizza was missing mushrooms. I’ve worked at Domino’s before. Whoever was working tonight just couldn’t be arsed to open another box of mushrooms or call me to tell me they’re out. The other pizza was burnt. Like they didn’t do it the “Domino’s way” and put the spinach under the cheese. Also when I called all they said was “well I’m sorry” and hung up on me. Hope they get <1 star on the next OA because that’s the way the new GM is leading this store

On 2 separate occasions I ordered pizza that was cooked and sat on “quality check” for an hour before it was set to be delivered then for delivery to take an extra 45 minutes when the location is less than 3 miles away. I don’t know how to run a dominos but this can’t be the way it’s supposed to be done. Very upset that I wasted $50 on cold pizza.
