This place is hit or miss and mostly miss. We deal with it because it’s the closest PB in our area but we are going to start driving elsewhere. Today was the worst. They are always rude and snippy and they made us wait for a queso crema tostada which is fine, but here’s what we got: bread. Not toasted, no butter no cream cheese, nada. Seriously this is the WORST of all the Pinecrest Bakeries.

Ordered delivery, spinach empanadas, spinach croquettes, Cafe con leche. We got a box with “No Hay” written on it. No coffee. Chicken empanadas and ham croquettes were in the box. We were charged full price for the order. Cannot eat meat.

I called this restaurant on Friday the 3rd to order the imperial rice meal for 25 people . I told the young lady on the phone that spoke English it was for a party at 7 in the afternoon . She told me to come pick it up at 630 pm . . The young lady never asked me if I wanted the imperial rice cold or hot . When I got to the store at 630 pm to pick up the catering meal only the rice was done but it was cold !!! Over all , Lack of professionalism, food came not warmed, that I had several people at my house and had to wait 45 mins to heat up the imperial rice . They also do not answer the phone !!!!!!

I love this place the food is great. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!! I’ve never had an issue with a location messing up my orders because it’s usually just a refund or easy to go pick up. But this location refused to replace or refund the missing items. They were extremely rude about the whole situation. If you want the same food but better service, you’re better off going to Karla Bakery or Vicky bakery. Definitely staying away from this location and probably Pine rest Bakery all together

Sunrise breakfast sandwich is to die for!! Absolutely amazing! Their colada coffee is superbly delicious. I ate there 3 days in a row it’s so good. Prices to portion and quality are on point. Lunch time had a pretty good wait but when everyone knows it’s delicious their willing to wait.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BAKERY MANY REASONS WHY IT’S OPEN 24 HRS. THEY HAVE THE BEST PAN CON BISTECK. DELICIOUS DESSERTS, SWEET BREADS,TEQUEÑOS, PASTELITOS. LOVE THEIR HOT COCOA. MY FAVORITE CAKE IT’S VANILLA RUM CAKE. I JUST GET A SLICE BUT YOU CAN ALSO BUY IT WHOLE. THEY ALSO SELL WINE. VERY NICE STAFF. THE GIRLS ARE SUPER SWEET.
