Love this spot! El servicio es spectacular. Martha es única! La comida es deliciosa y los postres son ricos, bonitos, y frescos. I’m so happy they are in my neighborhood. As a Latina, this place makes me feel at home. Stop by soon… and I know it will be yours too!

For our son’s birthday we chose this bakery to order the cake, deserts and snacks like mini chicken croissants . Jany took our order months prior the event and she personally made sure that everything was done correctly. She was very responsive and helpful. I was impressed by her commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The flavor of the cake was delicious! Everything we ordered was beautiful! We can’t thank you enough…for all the cutler bay staff. It’s always a pleasure to go to this bakery.

I really enjoyed my visit to Pinecrest Bakery. The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the pastries and Cuban bread. The place was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It’s a great spot for a quick snack or a full meal, and the prices are reasonable. I’d definitely come back again.

My first time visiting from out of town and I got the steak sandwich which would’ve been perfect had I not had a lot of sections of the rubbery part. The guava and cheese pastries came from the back and not the front. The few in the front looked how I normally see them. My ride said they never tasted like that… Hard and dry, all 4. It’s like they gave us the worst meat and overdone pastries that they needed to get ride of. I didn’t have cash on me and realized it was a tip jar. I felt bad that I didn’t tip, until I tried their food then the guilt went away because it wasn’t worth a tip. Had everything been how it should’ve been then I’d recommend but that’s my first impression and I wouldn’t bother chancing receiving a similar food experience. It was very clean and tidy and the prices are reasonable and not overcharging, which was a plus. I will say it felt like maybe we were of a demographic we didn’t get the better quality and I hate to feel like that, but I’d never visit this establishment again, all it take is one time.

I am not sure what happened here! It was our favorite bakery, everything fresh , the atmosphere was wonderful, but not anymore.
I just ordered Key Lime Pie, and believe me , I am waiting for the lady to tell her that, unfortunately, this key lime pie is horrible. There is no way I can eat it.
And for my luck , a lady with a dog inside of the bakery!
Some people don’t have common sense! Unless it is a service dog , but it is not.
So, unfortunately, I am never ever coming back here !

My midnight sandwich should have been hot in the middle of the sandwich. They should find a better way to execute all hot sandwiches. I waited 10 minutes which is not a long wait time. People were nice.

I was absolutely blown away by the service at Pinecrest Bakery. Marta Quintero is hands down one of the most amazing people I’ve ever been helped by. Her customer service is perfect—attentive, warm, and genuinely caring. She made the entire experience feel special, not rushed, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. Because of Marta, this location has a customer for life. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

The lady that took care of me couldn’t be more rude. My daughter and I were the only ones in the store, she asked who was next. I said we. She said: where is your number? I have none. Next time make sure you get one, you didn’t read the sign in the door? We only serve by numbers……….
We walked out. Food looked nice, though.
