Open, modern yet subtle atmosphere and seating – very comfortable. Beautiful place. Met a friend for coffee and had the Avocado Toast of Your Dreams (VG) 16. I discovered that I am not a fan of the 64 degree egg, aka sous-vide egg. The white, in my opinion, was too undercooked even for this method. And stone cold. Just not for me. Next time I will special order the preparation of the egg. I didn’t read that fine print of how the egg was prepared so that’s on me. Otherwise beautiful place and I’ll definitely return. Paso is lucky to have this new property downtown.

Easy free street parking, very nice modern inviting comfortable decor. Inside and outside seating, service is friendly but slow and I had to go find them to get the check. Had a glass of wine, a salad, and sandwich. The food and wine were very good. I would not hesitate to go back unless pressed for time.

Hands down the best avocado toast I’ve had in recent memory. The La Colombe coffee is superb. Thanks for a great breakfast.

We love this new downtown sophisticated hotel, especially the coffee bar!! It’s casual, relaxing and upscale at the same time!
The brand of coffee is superb, and Katie, the barista, knows her stuff and is super cool and friendly.
This is by far the best hotel option in Paso Robles. Walking distance to all things downtown. A great 805 vibe!

The coffee was delicious and so was the food and service:) It was a monday AM, so the food menu was limited, but still had plenty.

Went there on evening for a glass of wine and a bite.
The waitress was chatting with the only other customer at the bar and totally ignored us for over ten minutes.
Went to the bar to ask for a menu since she was so busy with her conversation.
That’s when we learned that the menu “had changed” meaning this place supposedly serving burgers or such had no food to serve.
Sorry we were such a “bother” to her. I guess we won’t come back.

Breakfast was order-at-counter fast food, paired with vending-machine coffee in a cramped corner.
