We were seated in the wine room which is lovely. It is very old world, cozy, dark and romantic which is challenging to find in a beach city. It is perfect if you are celebrating a special occasion. The Italian music set the perfect tone and atmosphere. It reminds me of the darkly lit, beautiful traditional Italian restaurants we used to frequent on the UES like Erminia’s in NYC. When the food is not out in 2 minutes they are cooking from scratch. I greatly appreciate the time and effort. You can taste the quality of freshly prepared food. This is not fast food-it is freshly prepared high quality food. All good things come to those who wait. The veal parmigiana is tender and succulent with the perfect symphony of cheese and sauce. The side vegetables of peppers are cooked to perfection with a punch of flavor playing a harmony in my mouth. The generously served red wine is fullbodied and superbly smooth, with an aromatic bouquet. The servers are attentive but not intrusive. The main server, I didn’t catch her name, is very accomodating and polite. We never felt rushed and savored every single morsel. The portions are generous and filling. They even sang happy birthday and came out with a slice of scrumptious cake and cream without any prompting when we mentioned we were celebrating my birthday. That is exceptional service right there. I greatly appreciate all the effort they made in terms of the food, service and making you feel special. I strongly recommend . 100 stars. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Thank you for making my birthday date very special.

We had my parents 50th anniversary at Pietro’s restaurant and the service and the food was phenomenal. We had a lot of options of where to go for this special event but we are thrilled that we went to Pietro’s. They let us have the wine cellar room and had it decorated with lights and roses. The atmosphere really set the mood for the evening and the service we received only enhanced that. And I haven’t mentioned the food. Which I believe is the best Italian food I have had in the USA. Thanks Pietro’s restaurant.

I’ve there twice and we both had great delicious entrees. It has a very warm atmosphere and the people are very friendly. Kind of a family affair. They only serve beer or wine which is OK but they don’t carry any non alcoholic beer which was a first for us when dining out. Also they don’t serve decaf coffee which I’ve never seen before.

Excellent experience, service & food. Some of the pictures I had taken a bite or two to taste. The portions size was perfect no extra to take home. Perfect environment for a couple or small group. The owners, husband and wife both work here and come around to check food & service. Definitely recommend this place.

This was as close to Italy as I have gotten so far. The food was exception and the atmosphere and customer service was unparalleled. The owners delivered our food personally, and had such great personalities. They went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing. They have a newly built/renovated dine-in wine room. It was incredible and so was the wine. The prices are well under what I expected for having such an authentic experience with high quality food. We had the veal parm, which I often have, and this was the best to date. You will be very happy you dined here.

We found this place by chance. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted as if you’re family. The decor is beautiful. We can’t say enough about how delicious the meals were. Hand made to order. We have been looking for true Italian food for over 2 yrs down here & finally found it. The wine selection is breathtaking. The best wines you’ll ever have. Highly recommend Pietro’s. We’ll be back for sure.

Owners Susan and Pietro make you feel like they’re inviting you to their house. The Lobster Ravioli is delicious with a homemade cream sauce. The Ceasar salad doesn’t skimp on cheese. Bartender Wendy is a pro at recommending wine pairings. The desert menu is varied. The coffee is strong, flavorful and has a pleasing aroma. Server Johanna did a remarkable job explaining the specials, making recommendations and checking back at good intervals.

I have to say…. that without even a second thought this place was anazing!!! From the moment when we arrived, to getting seated, and the service throughout was great! The food was excellent!!!… and I would know since I loooove food. We were a big group and we all tasted each others food. I had the Veal special, which came with rice and mushrooms, it was wonderful. Before that I had the spinach and bean soup, also amazing. Of course the desserts were to die for. They have a wonderful desert selection. I had the Crem Brule and it was good to the last bite.. We also had a Tiramisu and Peach Gelato which came in a frozen peach and we had other desserts for which i don’t remember the names. The point is they were ‘ALL’ and I mean ‘ALL’ sooooo good! I had a glass of the Secret (thats the name) house wine, and t was very good. We were also given a complimentary muscat to toast and finish off the dinner. Great place… great food, nothing more to say!

Our party of 9 had a great meal & experience. While the food & wine were excellent the service from the staff (shout out to our main waiter, Alex) and the owner/chef was extraordinary. They went above and beyond to make all feel incredible welcomed. We will definitely return!
