Bad service, and the pizza is not thin crust! I told the guy who seems new and he said that’s our thin crust and I always get these pizzas from here and this is the first time that happened it’s never that rises! The ladies in there were rude, she was talking to me, but had her back turned, I instantly didn’t like that, and then when she grabbed the dough, she didn’t put it in that crust dust stuff , that they normally do. I told her that she forgot it. She said no it’s already on the wooden board, which I thought I was weird and I asked her to just put it on there because I don’t like how she just did things her own way and not the standard way of making the pizza, I’ve been coming to all the apologies for a long time, and this is the first time I experienced a different thin crust pizza, and also the root beer tasted flat, so I think you guys need to make some improvements! And I almost forgot to mention the long weight line since you guys have the lines are sometimes out the door, but only two people prepping The pizzas is just not enough!

They have many toppings and drinks to choose besides the fountain.
Something I would like to see improved is the cleanliness of the tables/floors. Customers do throw their trash away, but I’ve always seen tables with crumbs or bins full of trash and pizza boxes.

Usually the pizza is great but this time I asked for extra mushrooms and got a pizza with two pieces that didn’t have any toppings! 15 dollars

The workers gave me a hard time when I asked for a exchange for the thing I tried to order but had an issue with the app. They said I had to go all the way to the back of the line even though I explained my issues with the app and had ordered ahead of time. I then asked again. They said they had to call the manager to see if I could come to the front of the line. I used to work customer service in a chain before, I think that was absolutely unnecessary. They could’ve told me to go ahead and remake. Then I finally was allowed to go ahead of the line after getting a green light. I was then ignored by the pizza maker and then finally another one came but they said they were going to make 2 before mine. Unsure but I didn’t feel welcome there. After all that I finally got my pizza after an hour. It was so stressful. I definitely won’t be returning.

Horrible place!! The waiting time is insane every time waited in line up to one hour ! And there was only 7 people in line ! They take online orders as a priority and work on online orders for 15- 20 minutes before taking on the next customer. Management needs to do better and not have only two employees on a busy weekend day. Horrible experience! Never coming back back to this place! It didn’t used to be like this before

My first experience was fabulous but my second was horrendous.
The staff were very stingy with the toppings, when u asked for more (to equal what is usually put on a normal pizza) they made me and others in line feel like we were an inconvenience. Needless to say my pizza was so bad I couldn’t eat it. If I wanted a pizza with hardly anything on it, only crust I’d go to a grocery store and buy one off the shelf.
I have pictures to prove this. It was bad.
When I asked to speak with the mgr I was told he was on break and couldn’t be disturbed unless it was important. I relayed it was for a Complaint and they still refused. I then asked for the assistant mgr and was old they don’t have one. I then said oh well I guess I’ll be calling corporate then and the girl said go ahead they don’t care.
As u can see there r areas where the pizza is almost completely free of toppings and no sauce at all even though ordered the sauce

Love this place, was my first time and the people here are friendly, helpful and patient. They have vegan cheese and vegan meat and gluten crust as well. It’s about $9.95 for a personal pizza with unlimited toppings the drinks are $2.99 and the cookies and brownies are yummy as well. Will definitely recommend and go again ☺️

The pizza is always good. Except tonight. They burned my pizza . I’m too shy to go go get it exchanged. Unfortunately my toddler couldn’t it eat. =( . Check your pizza before you leave the restaurant if you don’t like hard burn pizza.
