Can’t beat the location for convenience if you’re staying in the MGM Grand. Also. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and seemed very committed to making the pizza that I wanted to eat. I happened to watch them help a customer who didn’t speak much English and the staff were very considerate and kind, even when the guest was less so, which I found incredibly admirable.
Super clean kitchen (something I notice as a veteran of pizzerias myself)!
I ordered vegan pizza (GF crust, Daiya cheese, a plant-based meatball and some veggies), and it was good.

Best pizza I’ve had on the strip! 2 for 24 mix match items like 2 pizzas, calzones and salads. Doe is made you can get unlimited items and the pizza is wood fired. Ladies working the station were sweet and provided good fast service.

Pielogy is a pare back version of Mod Pizza if you’re familiar with that. This location did an amazing job whipping up fresh, on the spot custom pizzas very quickly. The staff was very pleasant and the taste and variety was wonderful!
I love to find hacks for my purposes and this place helped me get close to finding a smaller serving at a cheaper price. I got eh kids pizza (they didn’t mind at all) for $8.99 for a one topping, but I upgraded it to get all the veggies I wanted! This cost a total of $10.99–a virtual screamin’ deal on the Vegas Strip for those who know!! I then bought a bottle of soda and they gave me a free small cup which I filled with ice and enjoyed for hours sipping on!
I sat at the small bar watching the cooking and wood-fire baking and serving—it was fun! Kids would love this!
Then I just hopped out and hit back onto the Monorail to get back to the Convention Center within a few minutes!
Next time I’ll try the Reese peanut butter cookie!

Let’s start by saying, this place is located in “the underground” which isn’t well marked when you’re at the front desk. You will see a sign and a curious set of stairs that don’t look like they leed anywhere in particular…. go down those.
As for the food it’s really good, filling, and fair priced. I was seeing 1 topping slices elsewhere for 8 bucks a pop. You can just get a whole 11″ pie for 14ish here.
No disappointments with the quality. My only suggestion would be to lower the price of the different crusts.

Pieology is a great place to eat a custom made pizza. You can either make your own pizza or pick one of their signature pizzas. I got the Veggie Pesto on artisan thin Pizza and enjoyed it.
Service was fast. Took less than 10 minutes from the moment I ordered the pizza until it was ready.
The only negative is that you can’t put the order under a MGM room charge.

I was really looking forward to having my favorite pizza here. I ordered a soft drink and it had a terrible flavor so I asked to have a Coke bottle instead. I had already paid for the cup and an employee was asking me to return the cup I had already drank from in order for her to allow me to take, the Coke bottle. It was truly a ridiculous situation with the employee, and I asked to speak to a manager. It so happen to be that the district manager was sitting in a booth and claimed he did not hear anything. Unfortunately, this district manager by the name of Steve has no de-escalation or customer service skills and clearly did not care about his customer experience. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his employee and how he handled my situation. People like him should not be managing others, and representing a business. Thanks to him I will no longer be eating at Pieology restaurants. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone.
