Disclaimer on the door says they record your audio, which means they’re recording your conversations inside the store. that is not acceptable on any front. My conversations are private and entail financial information. Im concerned about people nearby NOT HIDDEN MICROPHILES. A little disclaimer on a door is not enough to record peoples conversations this is an outrage! Oh it gets worse, this mcdonald’s is part of a gas station.And if you enter the mcdonald’s through the gas station entrances, there is no disclaimer on the door so the only way you’re getting the disclaimer is if you enter a specific door into the restaurant and they’re recording your conversations. If I had time to burn Id die on THIS hill. I cannot convey my absolute outrage of this matter for something I didn’t realize over years.

Good customer service seems to be hard to find these days. People make mistakes but they seem inconvenienced when you point it out amd ask them to fix it. Richard, the manager at this location, fixed a small mistake on our order and went out of his way to fix it. He did it quickly, professionally and apologeticly. Great service! Thanks Richard!

Ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and hotcakes. Seriously disappointed the sausage patty was paper thin about half the size everywhere else we’ve been (McDonald’s in the Midwest south and west coast) the muffin was soft rather than crisp on the outside, the hotcakes were also about half the size they are everywhere else and we also didn’t get syrup butter or a fork to eat them with. All for triple the price as everywhere else in 3 totally different areas of the country. Felt super ripped off 7$ for a sausage egg McMuffin is insane especially when you down size the ingredients. On a positive note it tasted mostly like it should. So heads up be prepared to be ripped off. At this McDonald’s you’ll spend 10-20 per person rather than 1-10 at other locations. 5$ for a freaking mcdouble!? Crazy…

Went through this morning after an overnight shift and got the WORST service. The lady that gave us our food was so incredibly rude. Brunette with a bun and blue eyes, very pretty girl but after apologizing to her for figuring out technical difficulties, she just shut the window on us and didnt say anything like have a good day or anything like that, so we thought we were still waiting on something. She opens the window and just stares at us, doesnt say anything. And i was all “oh im so sorry was that it?” And she goes “um yeah” and shuts the window again… like oooookayyy… and on top of that, we got the wrong food. Gave us mcgriddles instead of mcmuffins. Just awful honestly :/

Absolutely terrible location! Hardly any staff around. Men’s restroom was completely out of toilet paper. They removed all power outlets in the lobby, good luck if you need to charge something while you are there eating! Zero out of five stars. Get it together McDonald’s!

The food is always either cold or old. The service is sub-par. More employees will look at you and walk off then ask if they can help you. It doesn’t matter the time of day, this is what happens.

I prepaid in the app and waited in the drive through for 12 minutes with no help. I went inside and waited another 10 mins to get help. I was rudely told they were working on it and told to wait more. I had to get back to work so I left. Apparently McDonald’s has no customer service so I now I have to do a charge back.
Also, the self-order kiosk is directly in the way of people standing in line. If you leave people room to use the kiosk then others can’t tell you’re standing in line.
