The place is very low vibration people. 1 of the order makers she has a darker complexion. Told me that I couldn’t order more chicken and I told her I will pay them to drop more chicken. She refused to serve me . I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last one on Plymouth rock. Go to the 1 on off of mockingbird.They know how to service customer with great satisfaction.

S Lancaster Rd location- First timer…..drive thru only. Ordered a 10pc & it was a bit of a wait, but the cook gave us a heads-up prior to ordering so it was okay and it was worth it for the freshness and the price. 4 stars due to the wait and lack of payment options, as this is a cash only establishment and I had to leave & go back just to go get cash. I like that the chicken wasn’t grossly oversized. Would recommend and will be back.

This facility has window and drive thru ordering BUT IS VERY UNFRIENDLY and caters to a specific clientele that IS DESIGNED to make assumptions about pricing and privileges to people they personally know. I was forced to wait in the RAIN as a customer who pre-ordered and was STILL overcharged and dissatisfied with the food, and UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE from the employees at the lo around on Camp Wisdom Rx in South Dallas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this food or establishment!!!

Every other Sunday after church, I drive over to Hall’s. Sometimes, there’s a long line, but what I’ve experienced it’s worth the wait. This family ran business is doing everything right in teaching them you and by example.
My mother loves fried chicken, and if she eats all of it, leaving the bones clean it says they cooked it like she would have and that tells me Hall’s put the Cluck in chicken * *.
The Croquettes *Wings* and chicken are very good sized, perfectly battered and fried. Good portion of fries and pepper garnishments with bread.
From the service to the food, this place hasn’t disappointed me or my mother who knows her chicken.
SN: As for me I wish they offered crinkle cut and sweet potato fries…

The food was extremely good first and foremost. The lady at the front window and the staff delivered my food with quick and fast service. They were helpful & sweet. 10/10 stars hands down!

WHY IS THIS LINE NOT WRAPPED AROUND THE CORNER?! This place caught my eye on my route in Dallas by the children’s hospital. Then I saw one on camp wisdom, I’ve been multiple times and I can’t wait to go back! I’m torn between the two sauces so I get both. The meals come with fries, peppers & bread but I can’t have carbs so I request a hold that on my order. Each time I received fast service and each time my food was amazing. While you’re in the drive thru you can read their back story. A MUST TRY B.O.B!

Update on 5/5/24: The owner has finally responded a year later , but unfortunately ignored the criticism about the old, cold, refried chicken
. It seems that the chance for improvement was missed.
P.S. – It is puzzling that you DESIRE to check your “cameras” but failed to acknowledge the receipt with the date and timestamp, as well as the pictures of the refried chicken that were included.
ORIGINAL POST—-Rarely do I ever leave bad reviews for black-owned businesses; if the experience is unpleasant, I don’t leave a review at all, but this is a different story. I bought a ten-piece crispette plate, and not only was the chicken old and refried, but the chicken dared to be cold once we received it through the window after sitting in line for 20 minutes. Look at the pictures and make your own decision before buying food from this place.

Hadn’t been to this location in a while. I went on 7/18/24… IYKYK!!! My 4pc wing basket was ON POINT!!!! Fried to perfection. Fries were hot, bread was fresh. Just as I’ve known it to be for almost 30 years.
