Pick Me Up at Soda Palace is hands-down my new favorite drink stop! Their drinks are delicious, refreshing, and so creative. The staff is super nice and friendly. They really make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I had such a great experience, from the fast service to the fun vibe of the place. I can’t wait to go back for more! Drinks are good but it is pretty annoying that each time I come I get charged different prices for the same thing. I get a refill so I assume that’s why, it just often is 2-3 different prices

I had a truly awful experience at this soda shop. The atmosphere was off. The employees were rude and seemed bothered to be there. But the worst part was the soda. I ordered a dr. pepper kick it, and it tasted nothing like what it usually tastes like. It was so bad that I asked them to remake it, hoping they just made a mistake. To my surprise, the second drink tasted exactly the same—awful and nothing like it should have. It’s like they just put one pump of each flavor in my 44 ounce drink. So at this location, everything ends up tasting the same, no matter what you order. I won’t be going back and suggest you save your money and go somewhere else.

Seems to continue to never get order right. This is the third time – yes I can look at the sticker but with a big line and people waiting I just hustle through hoping to get the right order.
Asked for 32oz MT. Dew with extra ice and fresh lime.
Instead I get a 32oz water, coconut sugar free, vanilla sugar free, fresh lemon. I get it I look fat, but I don’t want sugar free stuff. I want my mt. Dew extra ice!

This is my favorite pick me up location! I went in with my sister yesterday and the staff was very kind, our drinks tasted amazing, and they were so fast. The place also smelled very clean . 10/10 would recommend!

My wife and daughter got ignored at this location. The employees were too busy having a conversation or on a personal cell phone call while lazily stocking canned drinks. Although the conversating employees were working on other orders there was no welcoming acknowledgment, or professional manners at all. Upon receiving the order, the drinks were not only covered in soda/syrup droplets but were also plopped down with irritation. I guess my wife was over stepping her boundaries when asking for napkins. Do not recommend.

No menu just a lazy QR code didn’t see it. Why should I have to use my personal phone to help run somebody’s business. I get up to the front and there’s no menu up at the front window and I’m not sure what to get. I just wanted a special drinks. The girls sat there and stared at me. Didn’t offer any help very lazy hated it never coming back!
