I’m frustrated but it is what it is, the guy on the phone was nice enough to believe me and put a credit on my account. But Its Sunday night and I’m sitting at my dinner table with my family and my ham sub has no ham. I open my sub all excited to eat, I pick it up and boom! No Ham on my Ham and cheese sub. I’m annoyed but it is what it is, it’s Sunday night, I ordered at 7:15 and everyone is tired and wants to go home. And staff was nice when I walked in store, all my other food was correct. I’m just aggravated I ordered something it has no meat and now I have to leave my dinner table to go buy lunch meat. Again the guy at the counter picked up the phone and credited me a sub, but as a customer I needed to rant. Thank you and I hope the staff doesn’t get in trouble. I’m just annoyed at the situation

My work ordered this pie from the Transit rd location and this pizza looks terrible. The workers forgot the pepperoni it honestly looks terrible. Apparently both locations are lacking in quality control

We were passing by from Michigan and I had seen a video about this place (actually the original but same recipe right) I love me some NY style and have grown to appreciate Detroit style. I heard this was a happy medium. I have to say, it is!
PICASSO’S HAS FANTASTIC PIZZA! You can tell they use good ingredients and really have a way of making a good pie.
The lack of 5 stars comes from the fact that my kid and I wanted pizza and looked at the pictures and saw some seating. After seeing how good the pizza is, we decided to go. But being out of town and passing we really could have used the seating. At that point we were so hungry and had called in, so we ate back at the hotel 20 mins back.
Had it been clear it was take out only we would have made the drive to another location. Not a huge issue, just disappointing for us and our particular situation.
However the food is 5 stars for sure. If you want to take out some phenomenal pizza, go here. If you want to sit down and eat, this is not the place for that.

What a great place! Looking for Buffalo style pizza, this was great. Buffalo style is in between NY and Chicago style. Crust is more like Sicilian, but not quite as thick. They use the famous Western NY pepperoni, cupped and charred… The best pepperoni anywhere. We ordered a large with 15 wings . Wings we’re typical Buffalo wings and were outstanding. Pizza was cooked perfectly with the pepperoni slightly charred. We only ate 3 slices each and were stuffed. Perfect lunch for tomorrow. Picasso’s has a few locations here and this one is definitely worth the stop. Girls working were also outstanding! Hats off to Picasso’s , great job!

Very pricey for just pizza. For just a medium 8 slice pizza and a few bread sticks, I paid over $37! That’s ridiculous! I don’t care how good everyone likes it, that amount I spent could’ve bought me a whole week’s worth of groceries! Never going back there again. I’m not rich!

I ordered a pizza via door dash and my pizza was raw. I just got off the phone with the manager who informed me it is not Piccaso’s problem and basically told me oh well so sad. Then he scolded me for being upset. I threw the pizza in the garbage. I will never order from here again and tell all my friends and customers about this experience. I work in a restaurant and we actually make good for our customers who are dissatisfied with an order. Door dash didn’t make the pie….you did.

Delicious! We ate in because we’re from out of town and ordered extra to take home. While it’s very clean and pleasant inside, it’s the kind of pizza and wings you wish you were in the comfort of your own home in your stretchy pants to enjoy. The crust is perfectly cooked, the top is the exact amount of well done I prefer. Those pepperoni cups! The wings are crispy and moist and the medium sauce was delicious. We plan to try as many pizza places possible when we visit but I’ll have a hard time convincing my husband now that we’ve had Picasso’s!

I’m disappointed with the last two times I’ve ordered from Picassos. Both times I ordered a gluten free pizza with pepperoni and green olive and a large cheese and pepperoni pizza. The first time, the GF pizza only had half green olives and the second time, the large only had half pepperoni and the plain cheese half was so dark, nobody wanted to eat it. (Photo included) I called to address the issue and was told that every pizza is checked before it’s given to a customer. So, no resolution. I emailed Picassos to address the issue and there has been no response.
For $67 on 2 pizzas, I expect the order to be right. I’ll be taking business elsewhere.
