Love this local place. Had a quick lunch meeting there and opted for a healthier option. The salmon was cooked well and the service was great. If ordering Salmon at a steak restaurant, I didn’t think I needed to ask for a non-sugary sauce. So, if you are on a diet and order the fish, as for the sauce on the side .

Wow, don’t miss this place! see for yourself from the pics (only part of the meal)…really attentive staff, nice seating area and table side made guac! Really an adventure and meal. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

Prime Bistro has great food. Their prices are a bit steep. So I wouldn’t go here if you’re looking for an economy meal. We had drinks, hors d’oeuvres, two entrees and shared dessert. The bill with a tip came in under $200.
For some reason our drinks came after our hors d’oeuvres were served. And are cappuccinos came after our dessert was served. The cappuccino was cold. They ended up not charging us for the coffee’s.
Other than that the meal was good and the service was excellent. I would suggest that the servers take a little bit more attention of clearing the crumbs and debris off the table between courses. I have a picture of that I’ve so noted that the table was not properly cleaned off prior to dessert.

Great place, gracious owner! Food on point, sushi not pictured was outstanding sashimi as well. Charcuterie board a must.

I wanted a classy night out and this place hit all the right marks. I am sensitive to ambience and found that the music and lighting were perfect – enough to create an ambience but not put stress on my senses – I could still perfectly hear my companion and see the food well.
The menu was nicely varied with some familiar and some more unique options (try the duck confit spring rolls.) The prices are above basic but reasonable compared with other upscale options in the area. I felt that we got what we paid for in terms of service, atmosphere, and food.
The staff was courteous and helpful. They were just the right amount of present, providing everything we wanted including menu suggestions without seeming overbearing and in your face at all. We did not have to wait too long for anything.
We went at a high traffic time and it was a little crowded. We had just enough personal space but not a whole lot. Definitely not what you’d call privacy, but we and everyone I saw seemed comfortable.
Overall I highly recommend this place, you will not be sorry.
