Amazing service. Great flavors. The customer service is amazing if you are lactose intolerant, it’s great because they have sherbet flavor options. It’s a great place located near shopping centers right after shopping. I enjoy coming here with my family. There is a little cute toddler table. My daughter had the Cotton Candy flavor. It was delicious and included bits of cotton candy in the mix. You get a generous amount for one scoop. I would definitely go there again.

I came for the first time recently and I was helped by a girl named Evelyn. She was an amazing worker who gave me a few samples, and I loved the coconut chocolate flavored Ice cream. I will be recommending this place to my friends!

This is my first time here, and my favorite flavor is pistachio — but I have to say, rum raisin is the best ever for me! The waffle also looks homemade and freshly made. Jessica at the front was super nice — she showed us all the flavors. We definitely need to come back for more!

Chiara, sorry if I misspelled it! Was amazing, berry accommodating, and understanding to my nuerospicy kiddos. This was our second time in and will definitely be back. Both times service, drinks and sweets were awesome! A true gem in posner! We have had the coffee & creme brûlée boba, strawberry boba, milkshakes, and today we got the bubble waffle. It was Huge! Can’t wait to go back and try more stuff! 10 out of 10

This place used to be my go-to spot for ice cream and bubble waffles, and I’ve recommended it to many people in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. We arrived 30 minutes before closing and tried to order just one bubble waffle, but were told it couldn’t be made because it “takes too long and they are almost closing.”
I’ve ordered bubble waffles here multiple times before, most of the time more than one, and they usually take 5–10 minutes at most, so this was a very unpleasant and unexpected experience. It felt like we were being dismissed because the employee wanted to leave ASAP.
I hate leaving negative reviews, especially for places I’ve supported, but this experience really fell short.
