Delicious appetizers, good pizza, and delicious Italian dishes you wouldn’t have thought to make on your own. The kids’ menu is surprisingly cheap. The wine list is excellent, something you won’t find elsewhere. I highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed the pizza. Very welcoming staff and lovely pizza.
I’m very big on cleanliness. Tables were well presented and toilets were clean!
The restaurant was lovely, had an old town italian restaurant feel that I’m very familiar with. Enjoyed my time

My husband and I (and child) are just home from a delicious meal at Piazza Firenze in Hampton Hill.
We have been coming here for years, and requested our favourite dishes. Even though they aren’t on the menu anymore the chefs were so accommodating.
My husband ordered a fillet steak, with peppercorn sauce – it was outstanding! My pasta (also from the old menu – beef tagliatelle) was wonderful. Last time we came in, we were told by another chef on duty, that it wasn’t possible to order from the old menu. Tonight though, they pulled it out of the bag!!! Thank you so much!
The waitress also deserves a mention. She was very attentive and professional – asking us several times how things were.
There was also a lovely feeling in the restaurant tonight, and a nice warm atmosphere. A perfect Sunday night! Thank you Piazza Firenze – see you again soon!

We went to this restaurant for lunch, having been to the one in Teddington and frankly hoping for better. Whilst the garlic bread was nice, the calamari was chewy, the pasta was bland and tasteless and the panini was also tasteless. It was such a supremely disappointing experience, as with the teddington branch, it honestly feels like the chef has given up. The joy of eating Italian at a restaurant is the noticeable quality difference between your at-home endeavours – clearly it’s the opposite here. I was sad to write this as I love supporting local – perhaps I was just unlucky and hope you have a better experience.

Very nice restaurant, the ambiance is nice and the service is kind and welcoming. My plate of pasta with octopus was 5* and so was the panna cotta! Unfortunately the cheese on the pizza wasn’t authentic “mozzarella”, the only reason or the lost ⭐️! We will defend coming back again and hopefully to find a mozzarella on the pizza to upgrade the review to 5 ⭐️ !! Well done

Discovered Piazza Firenze by chance and popped in to order food for takeaway. Delightful surprise! Ordered a pizza. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail was very clear to see. Menu had lots of variety, and everything made me want to try it. The pizza was prepared quickly, and I was shown it before I left (which is always a good sign). It was cooked to perfection, quite literally one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Whoever prepares the dough deserves massive props, not overkneaded, crust was fluffy on the inside and not dense, nice and crisp on the outside. Topping were great quality, and it wasn’t smothered in cheese. Absolutely awesome! Will go back first chance I get to try more of the menu. Highly recommend here!

I don’t like posting negative reviews about local businesses, but I have to review this restaurant poorly, in the hope that they will listen to the review and improve the food here, and also warn others who are looking for a good local restaurant. Whilst service was excellent, with cheerful, attentive staff who offered us complementary limoncello at the end of the meal, the food itself was verging on disgracefully bad. My pasta dish was the pollo al forno – a baked chicken pasta dish. It was like someone had boiled some law quality gelatinous packet pasta, upended it over an oven dish with some raw broccoli and and poured some cream over the top. That was then accompanied by some scant and dry slices of precooked chicken breast and a rubber like puck of roasted mozarella over the top. It was the worst pasta dish I have ever eaten in a restaurant. My father had the cod wrapped in bacon and said that his fish tasted slightly of ammonia. It was only because we were with company and busy that he decided not to send it back (and my father very rarely if ever sends back food). My mother’s liver with bacon was overcooked. My calamari for starters was tasteless and rubbery. The list goes on.
I do not know why this restaurant receives such high reviews. Whilst service was good the food is in urgent need of imporvement. We will of course, not be returning.

Really, really good food on our last visit. Main course pizza and pasta great, and the starters, calamari, buchetta, and malanzane parmigiana were excellent. Friendly staff, great place.
Updating 3 November 2024. Just as good as last time. Fabulous Quatro Stagioni pizza … just so tasty. And as before, fabulous service.
