My friends and I dined in this place last Saturday for a lunch. We chose a table outside since it was a great weather. As soon as the waitress came to our table she was already giving us the attitude as if she did not want to be there working that day. The service was too slow even though it wasn’t even busy at that time. When our food was served I notice how small the chicken I ordered was so small I ordered the side of plain pasta hoping I would be able to eat it together only to wait there for longer than 20 mins just for a plain pasta. By the time it was served I had finished my chicken by then and all my friends plate was also finished with their plate. When I said I already finished my food as she can see it. Did not even apologize or whatsoever then she threw the pasta in the trashcan by the door and can literally hear her just slammed it like she was pissed. Definitely do not want to comeback to this place just because of how rude the server in this place. It was a disappointing experience.

If you are celebrating ANYTHING, this is the place to go! Went here to celebrate my friends birthday. Made reservations and mentioned it. When they called they offered to print menus that wished her a happy birthday.
We started with the bruschetta which was fresh and flavorful. The hubs got their spicy pepperoni pizza which he said was wonderful. My friend’s fiancé went with the chicken Alfredo with gluten free pasta and it looked seriously legit. I went with the sweet potato crusted trout and I had zero issues joining the clean plate club. The fish was fresh and high quality and the sauce on the pasta was insane! The pop of lemon made the whole dish light. Ended the evening with a tiramisu with a VERY fancy candle! Staff was extremely friendly and ensured we had an amazing evening. We will definitely head back soon!

I go to Eilan often, but never stopped to try…
The inside atmosphere was instantly attractive as I walked in. I was surprised how much bigger and more lovely it looks from inside.
The hostess made accommodation to switch our reservation which was very kind.
The server gave us lots of suggestions on food choices. I had salmon piccata.
It all ended up wonderful.
Loved the food.
Ended up trying the desserts and coffee—
Orange donuts for my daughter and tiramisu for me. Both were wonderful.
The busser was working hard making every table perfect. The staff seemed ready to attend to customers. The manager even came by to check on our table. He was friendly!
We left stuffed and happy!
I will be back!!

The experience was great from start to finish! We were a party of 3 and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the manager, Jacob. He was so nice when getting our table ready, and he made us feel at home right away. We were promptly seated and our server, Michael brought us water right away and went over the menu with us. He was so helpful in explaining the menu and their specials.
Everything was done perfectly this visit. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was great, and the cocktails were to die for! I had the sweet potato trout that our server recommended and it was heavenly. The manager also recommended a cocktail that he had created, and it was phenomenal. I forget the name but it’s Italian, something Luna.
For our group, this is our third time back in the last year and it’s gotten better every single time. You can really tell the staff cares, and the whole atmosphere is so friendly and inviting. Our table was assisted by 3 servers / runners, the busser, and the manager! We will definitely be back soon!

Entire experience was very slow. Took a long time to get drinks from bar and drinks were done for a long time and had to ask for refill. Burrata appetizer was good, but a bit dry bc bread is too thick. Took a long time to get our main dishes ordered and even longer to receive them. Chicken Alfredo, the pasta was al dente, but the sauce had no flavor and was pure cream and nothing else. Tasted chicken piccata, and it was overly acidic. Bolognese sauce was good but pasta overcooked. After 2d round of drinks, never asked if we wanted mores. Lots of servers congregated at bar.

Great place for dinner and drinks. Vanessa was our server and she was attentive and so very kind. She also remembered us when we stopped in another night for drinks. Our dinner was excellent. Pricing is appropriate. Portions are good. I had the ravioli and my husband had rigatoni bolognese. We started with salad and Italian wedding soup. All very tasty. We had espresso martinis a couple other nights and they were great too. Tyler was our bartender. Everyone there is so nice. Great customer service. Wished we lived closer so we could dine there again!

Overall, I gave Piatti a 5 star review since their ambiance and customer service were fantastic. The food came out piping hot. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which was a different take on the traditional Chicken Alfredo I’ve ever had. Their tomato basil soup and tiramisu were also delicious.

This was our first visit, and we loved it! The Maitre D extended a warm welcome as he showed us to our table. Our waitress Ariel was quick to introduce herself and explain the menu/specials. We were able to sample by-the-glass wines before ordering them. The food was all the perfect temp, perfectly seasoned, uniquely flavored, and carefully plated. The desserts were the perfect way to end the experience. Ariel was the perfect waitress. Thanks for a great first experience!

Lunch for 3 at Piattis for 2 of our birthdays! Our server, Nate was awesome! We had complimentary glasses of birthday champagne and a tiramisu birthday cake with a real sparkler! Nate was a perfect server, very attentive, very welcoming, and he filled the atmosphere with the holiday spirit! I would return just to have his service! The food was also absolutely delicious and with reasonable prices!!!
