This was the first time ive ever went here and my friend recommended me to this place. First impression walking in was the decor and how elegant the atmosphere looked. I asked supervisor chef “Holly” what was the most popular and she recommended me and variety of foods. In the end I got a hot chicken Carbonara. It was exciting to see Chef Holly fix up my pasta and presentation was awesome! Thank you chef Holly for a wonderful experience! The food was good and definitely would recommend to anyone!

Everything looked so clean and fresh, I got a small lemon kale salad with spicy fried chicken and it was extremely flavorful and filling. The atmosphere is cozy and casual with an upscale vibe.

I come to this location maybe twice a week since they’ve opened. I ALWAYS get a farmers market salad with salmon and it’s always delicious. I came in this Saturday with family member, about 6 of us and I was disappointed with the staff. My food was still delicious. They looked tired and overwhelmed. Cashier wasn’t friendly and I’ve spoken with her several times. she looked very angry. there is a young lady here who I frequently speak with who makes my salad I hate I’ve forgotten her name. She always remembers my order , knows that I like the lemon basil. Keep her around we love her

You get a lot of food for the price. I ordered a small salad and half of it filled me up. The salad was delicious and the chicken very moist in the loaded Mac. They definitely give you more than 2 servings for each item

The vibe was chill, nothing exciting. Could have used some local Italian music, pictures of street scenes in Italy for pictures on the wall. Tori was one of the servers in the back line, and she was friendly, energetic, explained the process since I was new. People behind the line need to be more energetic and glad to be working. I like those places that when you walk in they all say something. I know its cheesy but its a gimmick. Noodles needed to be cooked a little longer. Little hard compared to that in what we had in Italy. Flavor was there especially the hot chicken. There is no eye catching views or photo walls to hashing this place. Food for thought.

Piada is a delicious (and very welcome) new lunch spot in the shadow creek area. It costs around $15 (w water) for a solid regular size bowl of pasta with an added protein and it’s easily a large enough portion for two servings. They care about making sure you get a quality bowl of pasta.

What an absolute surprise at Piada Italian Street Food in Pearland Town Center. The menu was exciting and offered quite a lot of interesting choices. The taste and flavor fusions are delectable. My favorite is the calamari (see photo below) which was very flavorful with green and red peppers adding to its presentation. The staff was very professional, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning to Piada.

We went based on the reviews we’ve seen here. Definitely didn’t disappoint. My wife and I both had the custom pasta bowls. Choose your own ingredients. I had the bowl with basil pesto rigatoni, chicken, sweet peppers, spinach, and a salad mixture. Excellent taste and more than enough for leftovers. My wife had a bowl with, riggatoni, meatballs, red sauce, mozzarella cheese. We’re both planning to return soon. Our Pearland location had some outdoor seating and plenty of room inside. The employees were super friendly and helpful as were new to the place. The Mod Pizza of pasta is a great way to describe it.
