Our server Jena C. was very attentive and had a wonderfully plesant attitude, staying on top of drink refills and had a smile on her face the whole time! The food was delicious and the prices relatively reasonable for the portions given. The macaroni and cheese had some flavorful, housemade cheese sauce and a sprinkle of bread crumbs to accompany, which added to the overall flavor. Stuffed mushrooms were absolutely packed and the sauce was portioned perfectly. The dynamite shrimp was well seasoned and plentiful and the salads were portioned well and had an adequate amount of dressing and toppings. The cole slaw was not the best, with a slimy texture unfortunately. Collectively, it was a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone close enough to stop by.

I ordered the chicken parmesan, thr Maryland chicken and the steak cut calamari. For the sides i ordered french onion soup and tortilla soup. Ill start with the appetizer calamari. It was delicious truly made well both in flavor and tenderness. The soups were both good. The french onion wasnt filled like our other soup so it feels like we where clearly given what was left instead of being informed of a shortage on a menu item. The tortilla soups quality was not better than anywhere else and had mostly potatoe chunka. The bread that came with the meal was very good. The sweet potato fries and asparagus are also cooked well and very tasty. Now for the main dishes… honestly underwhelming the Maryland chicken which is baked with crab and shrimp is just this mushy ball of bread on top of soggy chicken. The sauce makes it edible but just barely. The chicken parmesan is okay but again nothing special. In my opinion it wasn’t good enough to come back. For what they charge the food should all be fresh and delicious.

Went here to celebrate a house closing to have a stuffed salmon dinner, most all Lucky’s carry. Unfortunately they didn’t have it on their menu so I had to improvise. I ordered the chargrilled salmon and my husband had the filet mignon. I also ordered the stuffed mushroom caps so I could make my stuffed salmon and be extra happy. Service was good, got seated and waited on quickly. The food took a little extra to get but it was hot and delicious.

This was our first time in to the new Luckys in west branch our server bri was very friendly and attentive and in the area anytime we needed anything without having to ask. The prime rib/ steak combo was so delicious and my boyfriends giant ribeye was massive! Everything was cooked just as we asked and tasted great!

Waitstaff was horrible, rude, and very slow. Food came with the salads and appetizers. I never got my soup due to them saying they didn’t make it, and had to pay full price. Drinks were empty, could not get a refill and the place was half full. Waitstaff never asked how was our food as well. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. The manger didn’t care about the problems, and offers no resolve.

We are frequent diners at Lucky’s in West Branch. My favorite is the double lamb chops. Excellent flavor, tender, juicy. Some of the best I’ve had. Excellent service as well. We’re happy we don’t have to drive to the Midland Location to enjoy their cuisine.

Hubby took me to Luckys for my birthday.
I got the Prime Rib and BBQ rib combo… it was excellent.
Service was friendly and quick despite how busy it was. Watched the hockey game and eat a ton of great food. Hubby got the Cajun Ribeye. He’s loved it…and cooked perfectly to order.
Definitely will be going back.
