Tried Piada for the first time today and BAYBEEEEE… that Carbonara Pasta did NOT disappoint! It was creamy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I did not get the bacon on mine. I got a side of their Diavolo sauce too, and whew… that little kick took it to the next level! The Diavolo sauce tastes like a spicy marinara, but it is good! The spicy chicken has a kick but not overpowering. The guy who helped me (Jaheim) was really nice and the place was clean and the food was FRESH! If you haven’t tried it yet, I definitely recommend it! I’ll be back for sure!

The food wasn’t that great. It was cold I wasn’t able to take it back because I drove too far. Even when I got home to heat it up it was dry and there was a hair in my food. I ended up throwing it away and wasted money. This place was highly recommended but the food was not great. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
Update management reached out to me to make things right.. I was able to go to another location and they have definitely redeemed themselves. The food was good. It was hot, but it was the location in Richardson. The on 1551, east Renner road.

Came for the good reviews but was utterly disappointed, gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly. Got takeout at 7pm on a Saturday, mediocre food, payed 4$ extra for chicken and got about 10 these little tiny bits no larger than a dime as showed in the photo, noodles were not soft and undercooked. If I wanted better Italian I’d go to a gas station.

The staff was friendly, but unfortunately the food was very disappointing. I placed a takeout order online, and their ordering system could definitely use some improvement. I wanted to try the new Piada Pockets advertised, but they weren’t available to order anywhere online. Instead, I ordered the Super Protein Bowl (an online-only option) and swapped the chicken for salmon. The system charged me extra as if salmon were just an add-on, so I ended up overpaying.
When I picked up my order, the staff politely told me it would be a few more minutes for the salmon to be cooked fresh. Sadly, nothing about my bowl was fresh. The salmon was dry, the roasted broccoli was cold and tasted expired, and the sautéed zucchini and mushrooms were missing entirely. I paid $17 for a lunch that went straight in the trash.

This food was so very refreshing and tasty! Kaylee and Jaiden were very helpful when choosing what to eat for our first time. Definitely try if you are craving Italian food and salads!!

Did take out promise time 12:30 arrived at 12:35, the food was cold, my cheese wasn’t melted, I ordered spaghetti noodles and got this instead which the noodles were very chewy. Extremely salty!! I was so disappointed won’t be coming back.

Since day one, Piada has been our family’s go to place to eat. I highly recommend their Hot Chicken. It’s amazing on everything! Jaiden and Gisllie, along with the rest of the crew, are always super friendly and eager to help in any way, which is why we always come back. This place comes highly recommended and offers fair pricing too
