Used to eat here often. Not now…I was sitting in the parking lot and saw a worker on the line picking food from the line and putting it in her mouth. This is a screenshot of the action. I contacted corporate and they said the employee has been dealt with…but they never asked identifying questions to find out who it was. So hello, public review! I hope a lot of people see this. This is nasty! What else is going on over there?

I have now been here four times, and have enjoyed it each time. I have ordered the Crispy Chicken BLT Piada, and it is great. The chicken is crispy, and tender, the sauce is nuanced, and the Piada wa delicious. On my last visit I got a pepperoni stick, and while good, not excellent. The last time I went my daughter got the crispy chicken by its self, and it was outstanding. While not cheap, it compares in price and style to a Chipotle.

Service was wonderful til checkout. She was more focused on her to go, Doordash orders. After waiting 5 plus minutes she seemed to be bothered, I asked if she got 2 waters included she repeated my total and rudely put 2 cups on my tray. Never offered a receipt or anything. I would’ve given solid 5 star for everyone else but she killed it.

This restaurant is 100% supposed to trick you into coming in here instead of Chipotle and just eating their spaghetti instead. It’s right next to Chipotle, shares a parking lot with Chipotle, is built out like Chipotle, their interior looks like Chipotle, it wasn’t until I walked all the way up to the front and ordered a bowl, and she said “spaghetti or penne?” that I realized I was NOT IN CHIPOTLE.

we had piada for lunch at my office and it was so good! I got the power bowl with chicken, Garlic dough and a blackberry hibiscus lemonade. It was all delicious and it is offically my new favorite lunch. So flavorful!
