We ordered the wildfire chicken salad, a salad that we frequently get. We asked for the dressing on the side, because we don’t like a lot of dressing. When we got it, it was drenched in the wildfire bbq sauce. The dressing was on the side, but there was no need for the wildfire ranch as the salad was absolutely drenched. Our waitress dropped our food off and started talking to another table and left. She never came back. She didn’t check to see if we needed a refill. She didn’t check to see if we needed anything. She didn’t check to see if everything came out right. She didn’t even come back to bring us the check. We had to go to the front and ask the cashier to find our check. Very disappointing.

I really hate to leave a bad review but after the 3rd time not getting what we order it is a bit frustrating. My husband picked up our food after a busy day only to arrive home missing an item AGAIN. We called, he ran back, and by the time he got back home our original food was cold. He was handed a gravy container with gravy all over the outside, no bag (he had to ask for one! and no offer of anything for the mistake AGAIN! We are so limited with options to eat in Eaton aside from fast food so maybe they don’t care about good customer service and accuracy.

We visited while on a recent trip and had a great experience, then when we returned a few days later following a funeral with a large group, they were absolutely amazing at accommodating us. The waitress worked her butt off, and never complained or looked sour about it. The food was awesome, and the service was even better! Will return the next time I visit the state!

Me and my dad came about a week or so ago The menu is new from last time ive been there and i enjoyed the min breakfast plate and my dad got the bigger breakfast plate and it was a good portion for the size and price. I thought the gravy use to be white but this was a darker gravy but still good. I don’t know how long it’s been going through the new management but it is definitely making a difference. I was much happier this time than when I came the last few times over a year ago. I will come back and try again and hope it continues to keeps improving it was much better this time. some of the servers should pay attention if a customer is waiting to pay on their check and at least say somebody will be right with you and not look at me and go back to her phone and talking with other employees a little bit of acknowledgement goes a long way. i get it, not my job not my problem but communication is key. I appreciate the manager who helped me that day. And the amazing lady who sat us. Our server did a great job as well.

I honestly don’t know where to start with this place. EVERY TIME we get a carry out order there’s an issue. Missing food, wrong food, cold food, and now this. I wouldn’t serve these bananas to a dog let alone put them on top of pancakes and tell a customer to eat them. We’ve told them repeatedly of the issues and it never gets better.

Lunch date with daughter went very well. She’s a picky eater and they were accommodating and our server was great. The restaurant had plenty of seating and was very clean and organized. Great discount tee shirts and hats.

On 10 November we went to Bob Evans in celebration of the Marine Corps 250th Anniversary. The waitress that took our order couldn’t stop coughing. Obviously sick she chose to go to work, and handle customer’s food. When she brought out our food again she was non stop coughing over our plates of food. She made no attempt to cover her mouth, or turn her head away. Instead she was coughing right over our food. My order was wrong, but I was not going to eat it due to hygiene on the waitresses part. She did not come back to our table one time after I told her why I would not be eating the food I ordered. No one came and spoke to us about the situation, or to even just say, sorry. She did bring the check. I was not charged for my plate, but still charged for my wife’s. It’s no wonder they are always looking for managers, and their ratings are so low.
