Very tasty- had the southwest chicken sandwich, Buffalo wings, and garlic knots (on the house). The sandwiches say they come with chips but the waitress told us they no longer do so ordered fries on the side for an extra charge. Get the spicy chipotle sauce (comes with the chicken sandwich but tasty to dip fries!). Small area in back to sit down. Very nice servers.

EASILY the best pizza I’ve had in a while! Had a Hawaiian pizza, loaded with ingredients, very flavorful. We got an order of Jalapeños poppers also were delicious! And the fried pickles we ordered were probably the best we’ve ever eaten! Amazing time, first time here but won’t be our last!

I’m not one for trying new pizza places. I make my own or sometimes order Pepe’s. We tried the large red with meatball and fresh mozzarella. It was really good. Slight hint of oregano on a slightly sweet sauce. The crust was perfect for the chew. I’d like more char but still really on point.

Love the huge slices of pizza here. After eating two slices, I was stuffed for the entire day. Each slice was around $3 or $4 each. I loved the creativity and variety offered with each pizza. Hope this place sticks around, it tends to change its name and shut down a lot..

this is my favorite pizza in connecticut! the owners and employees are consistently so sweet; i’ve been given free samples of soup and calzones on a couple occasions. speaking of their soup- i’ve never liked clam chowder and i ate an entire cup of theirs. and the garlic knots are TO DIE FOR! i can’t recommend them enough <3 :-)

I got the Chef Salad for lunch and it was super delish. The portion is huge and enough to serve 2 people. They pile on the fresh veggies, meats and cheese and the house balsamic dressing is light and flavorful. The price is excellent at $10.72 and I will definitely be back to get more in the future! 5

I’m a big fan of Greek style pizza like Elmwood, Newington, Prospect, Park Lane and Yannis. I’ve lived in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts and have been to dozens of pizza places. I’ll have to say, besides Greek style pizza, Phoenix is by and far the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked. The cheese is excellent and the toppings are great. Had a slice of potato bacon pizza. One of the best slices I’ve ever had. Owners are very friendly.
