I was once told of a place called Chet’s.. I once was brought to a place called Chet’s. A hotdog maiden served me several dogs covered in chili cheese, mustard and relish. My heart weeps for those hot dogs. I love those hotdogs. I’ve made pilgrimage from foreign lands to eat these hotdogs, there is nothing better than Chet’s. Chet’s is life, Chet’s is love. I’ve had Coneys since I’m from broken arrow/tulsa but these hot dogs were the best. Due to my work schedule I’m in Muskogee weekly and I’ll be dropping in more often.

Was in the area and heard about the place from family members. Surprisingly was a Super fantastic visit. The lady that helped us was part of the family run business. She answered all of my questions on the history of the place and I had a bunch of questions!!! She was very informative and also was our server. The record for chilli dogs was 24 and I got 6 down …. They were so delicious and I couldn’t have asked for a better lunch on this day. the Menu was simple and prices were really pretty reasonable. The side dishes you can choose from are simple. Bags of chips. Fountain drinks are an option also. I had water because I don’t drink pop. You can dress your dogs how you you want. ( Relish Cheese,Onion, Mustard) I am so impressed with how quaint the place is …. Maybe 6 stools at the counter and that is all. Made it cozy! If you are in the area and want to visit…. I suggest you make an appearance. The ice cream machine is getting fixed and I can hardly wait to visit when it’s fixed or Maybe I will visit the other location across town. I will return to see your smiling crew!!

Trekking 30 miles off route to eat some of the best chili cheese dogs on this side of the country, no biggie to me. But when the service is not what you expect and the chili dogs are following the same suite, you become disappointed. I believe this is a 5 star establishment in the making but, I was treated with 2 star quality. After I tipped the lady she became nice. Unsure how that would change the initial service. Will update review on next visit.

This little hotdog place is pretty good. There is one thing I would like to complain about though. Most of the time they do not wear gloves and its kind of nasty. I wish they would take hygiene seriously and this is the same issue with the Checotah location aswell. Anyway this place is pretty good, and I recommend.

Chet’s in Muskogee is not good at all. I don’t know what happened but the owner of this place needs to step up. The hotdog I got was, and sorry for my anger but it was disappointing and poorly made. It’s a simple hot dog. How hard is it to make it? The team there was horrendous and not organized. I wish the manager could up her game. It truly was a waste of my money and time going there. Please do better owner of Chet’s.
