We found this hidden gem around the harbour area. This place has legit Chinese food. They have a lot of vegetarian options. We ordered the Crab Bon Bon and the veggie spring rolls for the appetizers, and they were fresh, crispy and tasty. We also ordered the stir fry beef noodles and stir fry cauliflowers, and they were not so oily compared to the other Chinese places, and the taste were just right. Definitely will come back when we visit the Bahamas again.

My experience here was a profound disappointment on multiple levels. As a Chinese restaurant, the absence of chopsticks was an immediate red flag. Things went downhill from there. I ordered the classic Kong Pao Chicken, but what arrived was unrecognizable—both in taste and appearance. When I questioned it, the owner informed me this was “Bahama way to cook Kong Pao Chicken.” This is the core issue: if you want to serve a ‘Bahama’ version, label it honestly on the menu. Don’t use a classic name as a bait-and-switch. I appreciate creativity (you can have a ‘Zuozongtang Chicken’ on the menu), but misrepresenting a well-known dish shows a disregard for both the cuisine and your customers. Furthermore, the chicken in the dish did not taste fresh. This, combined with mandatory service fees for inattentive service, crosses the line from poor experience to concerning. The final, here cash only, everyone knows why, and petty insult was being shortchanged by $1 on my change. While a couple of other dishes are merely okay, the combination of misleading practices, quality concerns, and poor service makes this restaurant impossible to recommend. Save your money and go elsewhere for a trustworthy meal.

The food is enjoyable; however, the service is quite slow. The staff tend to overlook guests, so it is necessary to make eye contact to get their attention and place requests. Although the restaurant is busy today, it would be courteous to prioritize existing guests before attending to new arrivals. The internet connection is good, but overall, the service could be more prompt.

Not used to island time and was trying to find a non-resort restaurant after 6pm. This place closes at 8pm not at 11pm. After arriving we asked the owner if we could dine in, he was very hesitant but allowed us in. He recommended the fresh steamed fish which I think was a red snapper. We also got a tofu and vegetable dish and asked for light salt. Both were very authentic and to our liking. The restaurant got a lot of to-go egg roll orders and the owner was pretty busy and service was a bit slow. Overall a memorable experience and reminded us of a legit Chinese restaurant that we would go to back home

Walking distance from the cruise port. Surprised to see the place was packed with cruise line crews. Enjoyed their black bean sauce conch dish. The service was slow. Cash only (US$). The price is about the same as other major US cities.

I would give zero stars if possible. The manager on duty (who refused to give her name) was extremely rude. She raised her voice in the middle of the restaurant, yelling, “I told you you can’t take an extra chair,” instead of addressing the situation respectfully. Because of her attitude, we were basically forced to take our food outside to eat. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Very good restaurant! Wonderful mouth-watering dishes, very good prices too, but don’t forget that the waiters are Caribbean so don’t expect good service

Before coming here the best Chinese food that I’ve ever had was in Malaysia. This restaurant was amazing. The crab bob bons were the best I’ve ever eaten and looking a the menu they have an extensive selection. They even have dishes with bitter melon on the menu.
If you are in Nassau and want a tasty meal, and good prices this is the spot to be.
