I completed an online order and went to the store to pick it up today. While waiting, I noticed the manager preparing dough on the line, then stepping away to assist with a front counter order before returning to the food prep area without washing her hands. I asked the cashier to confirm, and he stated that she would be going back to making pizzas without washing her hands. At that point, I asked to cancel my order, and he simply said “okay, have a great day.” This experience raised serious concerns about food safety and proper hygiene practices.

My beautiful cousin ordered us some delicious pizza last night half spinach, mushrooms, pineapples, and tomatoes for me and she added bacon to her half. She also ordered us some dangerously delicious Cinnabons. Service was quick, well as quick as possible due to the lack of delivery drivers on hand. But overall the food was hot and fresh and delicious!

This is how my pizza was delivered. When I called to speak with someone to get it corrected I was out on hold – after waiting 12 minutes, I decided to hang up & try calling again. Upon doing so they answered the phone & quickly hung it up before I could even say anything. This easily could’ve been made right, but the poor customer service at this location prevented that.

I got a medium Supreme pizza and boneless buffalo wings. The pizza was good, when I asked why the pepperoncini was small and if they had any others the cashier reached his bare hand into the box and exchanged it with another all still bare handed I couldn’t believe it, I just threw it out. I like that the wings weren’t sopping with sauce. Everything was hot

The food was great. The food in the picture was delicious. The only issue was that the toppings on my pizza were incorrect. However, that probably falls on me as they made it Johnny on the spot. I’m taking full responsibility for the incorrect toppings.

Every time I order from this location we get sick with vomiting and diarrhea. Last night we ordered for a party and everyone today is not feeling well at all. it’s apparent they may have some cleanliness issues going on inside the store, Definitely not food safe. on top of that they always take nearly an hour to an hour 1/2 to delivery for very over priced pizza. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from papa johns anymore.
