The customer service was awful. When I got there they had no prices on their menu nor any photos showing the dishes a customer would be purchasing so you have no clear expectation of what you’re purchasing. I was told I needed to pick something and she would price check it on the menu. I guess putting the price on the menu would be too transparent for their potential customers before a transaction is made or is it just charge what you feel like that day? When I asked about the portions I couldn’t get a straight answer either. The lady who rang me up said it’s enough for one person and was adamant about it. As you can see the main dish is the size of a child’s meal in the photo. I also ordered the chicken satay in case this was too small. After paying $23.00 for this I wanted to talk to a manager. I was told the new manager couldn’t be bothered with talking with customers. On the way home I noticed the food started smell weird as it stank up my truck. When I got home and opened it all up I noticed the chicken satay was dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. When I tried a small bite of each item the taste was awful. After such disappointment I called them back and the same rude lady who took the order said she could not refund the item if I ate any of it. So I asked her why they would have such a policy? Do you recycle left over food from customers there? She acted like I caught them red handed doing exactly that. Immediately she placed me on hold without any notice. About five minutes later she came back and said we can only refund you for the chicken satay on a stick. The only thing worse than the food here is the service. In short I would recommend people go anywhere but here for food.

The food was good. Pho is a favorite of mines and this was ok, wasn’t as flavorful as others I’ve had in the past. The service was ok, the lady was kind of rushing me to order. And it had a weird smell upon entering. Overall a decent experience.

My dad wanted noodles, so I took him to Pho Vy as he had the pho before and thought the other offerings would be good. The size of the noodles were in a container half the size of what you usually get for takeaway and the wonton soup was diluted broth in a 16 oz cup with nothing else in it. They gave him a few paltry stale af fried wontons. . The noodles were the Supreme combo, which included shrimp. We found 5 bits of beef and two shrimps. In total (without a drink) came to $23 and change. Putting this not-worth-it place in RIP-OFF territory. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. And yes, that Asian female manager/owner is HELLA RUDE.

This is always my go to spot for pho. Broth has great flavor, round steak always tender. Restaurant is clean, however dining in is always a struggle. For some years they’ve had issues with keeping the lobby from smelling horrible. It’s almost as if they have a sewage issue and causes the storefront to smell like manure. If they fixed this, we’d definitely be here a lot more often.

As a Vietnamese person, please don’t waste your money here. They use old noodles and meat from the day before and their service is god awful. All of their silverware, cups, and dishes are beyond dirty. It hurts me that this is what they portray as good Vietnamese food and it hurts me even more to drop $60 and not like one item.

I get the pho no meat extra noodles every time. I don’t think they like it, but they oblige. Hits the spot so that’s all that matters.

Pho needed more flavor, the restaurant smells bad, restrooms are nasty. Black mold growing on the wall heading into the restrooms. The smell of the restrooms was throughout the restaurant, the waitress forgot to bring me my eggrolls. I will not be coming back. I don’t recommend this place.

Excellent service. Delicious food. Fast as well. I highly recommend this hidden treasure over any fast food option. Chicken Pho for brunch is superb. Nice restroom as well.
