Was in town for the weekend snowboarding and this local joint has some of the best Pho I’ve ever had. Noel was super sweet and very attentive was single-handedly running six tables, but had the food out in less than six minutes. The atmosphere is classic and it doesn’t feel like a chain. I got there around 4:50 and it was the perfect time by the time I left at 5:30. They were packed door-to-door definitely my local joint when I come back.

Vietnamese food is always very easy to eat. Although the pho in the US isn’t quite as fragrant, and the rice is a bit oily, I’m still very happy to have a delicious meal with the flavors of home. Wishing the restaurant all the best, làm ăn phát đạt

The food I must say good but the service is weird. They talked so loud in the back and gave us kinda mean look. They didnt take our order right but I just love their veggies and tofu pho soup anyway…

We waited to be seated but no one was there so we sat ourselves. A chubby woman came out and was very angry that we sat ourselves and she moved us immediately. The decor was rather blah.
There was no basil for the pho so we ran to get a large bag of basil we had just purchased. I thought I’d donate the rest to them.
The menu added money in for every dish if you did not pay cash, which was very odd. I remember a restaurant that did this and IRS shut them down. Whatever.
The pho was warm, not hot. We like to cook our own meat in the hot pho, but that was not an option. The pho was EXTREMELY salty, did not taste fresh.
We wanted to order drinks, but she never bothered to ask, so we drank water.
When I went to use the bathroom, it was filthy.
The worst is that my husband is a Vietnam veteran, injured when he helped rescue Vietnam refugees to bring them to USA. My husband spent a lot of time in Vietnam and prefers hiring Vietnamese employees because they are kind and hard workers. This woman was rude, mean, never smiled never said anything kind, and would not even get up to greet and seat customers.
BTW, I kept my basil.

Never returning.

The food wasn’t bad, my only issue honestly is that when we arrived, our entire party had not arrived with us, they were 5 minutes away, coming from NAU. Although we were 5 people already there and we were waiting on 2 others, the main lady there, older women, gave off the vibe that she was the owner, was adamant about sitting us in a booth we barely fit in. We asked for the larger table that was empty because of our 2 additional guests that would arrive shortly and she said “No,” because what if a larger group arrived, then they will not have a place to sit. The place was practically empty except for one small family of 3, I was like Seriously? We’re already here and not what if? Wow. Lo and behold, our guests arrived and she moved us to the bigger table. I would have left but my son was determined to try the Pho here, which wasn’t bad but I was not happy.

Very quiet. You can hear everyone’s conversation. Including the cook yelling in the kitchen. My soup was good. My husband had delicious pho. The spring rolls were made kinda sloppy but still tasted good. The pictures in the menu are not their pictures. When I asked for a soup that I saw a picture of in the menu, I was informed they dont have it. Instead I settled for a seafood egg noodle pho. Still very good food.

Been years since I’ve been here. I used to go here as a regular throughout college and I’m glad I was able to stop by for dinner.

The food was incredible, plenty of spice options too. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, and the service was great. I was well taken care of and I can’t wait to come back again next time I’m in Flagstaff!

Good food, but the service is not the best.

Not willing to make any changes or substitutions. I asked for no pork but extra vegetables in the spring rolls and they said they don’t know how to charge for extra vegetables so they can’t do that.

Shrimp Spring Rolls (shrimp only, no pork) were amazing! Really fresh and a good amount of shrimp. Spring rolls were also very big. We got two orders and did not regret it at all. The peanut sauce on the side was so good. We could have had that just by itself!

I got the Shrimp Pho (P3) and it was good! Broth was smooth and flavorful and good amount of bean sprouts as well. Shrimp were quite large and nice.
I asked for no noodles, and took some noodles from my husband.

Husband got the Pho with Chicken Breast (P10) and definitely enjoyed that as well. I tried some and it was so good. Better than the Shrimp one!
Chicken with soft and a good amount of chicken as well!

I used to go this pho place from time to time and it was decent.
Today I went there with my colleagues but a pho came out with uncooked hot noodle with lukewarm soup. Generally pho’s size was smaller too. The waitress (looks like an owner) charged 17 or 18% of gratuity for a four people table. I’m sad to leave 3 star review this time. I hope they do a better job next time.

Horrible experience. When we got there we should’ve left at the first instance. We were waiting for a table for 8 one of the ladies told us to come in and wait a bit for them to clean the table. Another woman came out with soup while we had our backs to her unaware she was coming she told us “I need to get through MOVE. Instead of just can I get through please. We let it slide. Once we got seated the same woman that just told us to move took our order very rudely. The table behind us was visibly having a bad experience as well. They never brought them their soda and STILL charged them.we got our order and noticed the serving of pho was very small so decided to order an additional one instead of sharing one with my son as we normally anywhere we eat pho. They were so rude about us adding an additional order of pho. And made us wait triple the amount of time. Passed us and laughed oh your soup. They were speaking angry in another language. Our order of spring rolls that we asked for with JUST shrimp did not come with just shrimp and I respectfully asked if they would fix the order. Again had a rude attitude about it. When they brought out our fried rice it was missing the shrimp but at that point we didn’t want to send it back. When I went to pay they got mad at me for requesting they do not charge the price of a shrimp order instead to charge just plain fried rice because that’s what I received. Needless to say I would not recommend this place. I would have been able to just get over how they treated us IF the food was good.
