I experienced some of the worst service at this location, ordered delivery and tried calling the store several times, after nearly two hours and no answer, I went in to the store to get a refund. They tried telling me I didn’t have an order and then after 5 minutes of convincing them I did, they had it sitting there the whole time, drive back home to find that the order was wrong. Went back to the store to return the food and get a refund and was told I had to come back the next day if I wanted a refund. I did not go back to get a refund as I’d rather just not have to deal with this location again.

Rip off mix match special supposed to be buy 2 items at 6.99 And add stuff crust 4 bucks more.
Ok so I pick pizza extravaganza apparently that’s not included in 6.99 no warning but I add stuff crust so I am thinking 11 bucks and a philly sub 7 so that’s 18 but Noooo pizza was 14 plus 4 so 18 ok no problem if it is good…
Delivery fee 6 bucks plus tip so adding up here.
Pizza medium is good love the stuffed crust.
But the rub is the 7 dollar hoagie roll with some cheese and meat garnish

Food was delivered quickly but too quickly. Everything was undercooked, pizza and wings! Delivery driver was sweet but the food was HORRIBLE! I hadn’t ordered from here for years and figured I try again, yeah NEVER AGAIN! It’s unfortunate because it’s nearby.

The female night manager is rude and has absolutely zero customer service skills. She lacks the ability to listen, comprehend, and problem-solve. If there is a district manager, they need to reevaluate her skills and enroll her in some customer service course. Domino’s lost a patron at 900 S Pompano Parkway, store 912. Instead of taking the time out to listen to the issue, she decided to say she couldn’t help any further and hung up.

As a long time hater of this location I was pleased to meet the new manager of this location today and one of the team members she was training on making the pizzas look great! They were both so nice and really gave me the feeling that this location might be getting the turn around it deserves. Thank you for the introduction and good laugh – side note my pizza was super fresh tasted great and looked beautiful.

Darren was quick and brought exactly what I had ordered. No issues, took a little longer than expected, but that is traffic in Florida. Thank you Domino’s and thank you Darren. Did not enter location, hence no atmosphere rating.

Ordered for delivery was told 20 minutes. No show. Called them back, they said driver tried contacting me. Never happened. They said would said order out right away. 25 minutes later. No show. I’m 5 minutes from the store. I’m ill so can’t go pick it up. Called for the third time. They had me on hold for 10 minutes. Hoping I would hang up. Which I’m doing now.

Awful! I called to confirm order as the app stated it was completed, and it had not been. The woman that answered was so rude to me from the beginning. Then accused me of being “combative” because she could not answer my question regarding my order not being delivered despite being stated completed on their app. She proceeded to hang up on me three times. The first and last time ordering from this location. So nasty and disrespectful for no reason. I see why the reviews are so terrible for this location.

I try to give second chances, but this is actually the 3rd time I’ve had an issue ordering delivery from your Store #3828. This time even though I live half a mile away, it took them 1 hour to deliver my order from the time it stated online that someone had left to deliver it. I called to check on the order after 20 minutes had passed, as well as after 50 minutes had passed, only to be told that the delivery driver was on his way, and there was nothing they could do.
Eventually when the driver arrived, he admitted that someone had forgotten to prepare an item from my order, and he had to wait 30 minutes at the store for the item. In the end, of course, the pizza was cold, and to top it all of, the Bread Bites were not even bites, they were twists with parmesan spread on top.
When I called (after 50 minutes had passed), I asked them to call me back in regards to my order, but as you might guess, never heard back. I even warned them that I would write a negative review, if they didn’t at least try to rectify the situation, as I already knew the items would probably be cold by the time they were delivered. I guess your employees simply don’t care about your business!

This specific dominos will say they completed your order and actually haven’t even showed up to deliver the food at all. They also don’t answer the phone and if they do answer the phone they will say that they are going to figure out where the driver is but never calls back. Literally the worse customer service you can possibly imagine. Don’t waste your time.
