Excellent service and fast delivery of food. Had house special large size noodle that’s satisfactory with plenty of noodle and beef with various textures. No thrills shop, not the best broth but with very solid offerings. Service team was wonderful thanks . Worth the visit

Very quick and simple service, we were able to sit anywhere and right away at the time. Food came quickly right after, and was fresh and tasted great. Seems like a great place, lots of family and friends sitting around- had a welcoming and diverse atmosphere. Great place to get a meal when it’s cold and rainy out.

I’m leaving this review to raise a serious concern about billing transparency at this restaurant.

According to my receipt, after the subtotal, the restaurant added Sales Tax (9.625%), which is normal. However, they also charged an additional “Custom Fee”, and what’s more concerning is that the tip appears to be included in the taxable amount.

In California, tips are not taxable and should never be added into sales tax calculations, especially without clearly informing the customer in advance. Any additional fees must be clearly disclosed before ordering, not added at checkout without explanation.

I don’t mind tipping or paying fair fees, but I do mind when charges are added in a way that feels misleading or unclear. Transparency matters, especially when customers trust restaurants to follow California consumer and tax laws.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and clarifies their pricing and fee policies to avoid confusing or overcharging customers in the future.

I enjoyed coming here because they have cheaper price for Fresh Spring Rolls than the average market and their Wonton noodle soups is very good. Pho and Cambodian combo noodle soups are pretty average though.

One plus point is this place is near my place so I don’t have to drive all the way to San Jose to get some good wonton soups.

The minus point is their table and seats are quite cramped.

They don’t serve beer nor will they give you extra lettuce to go with the egg rolls, which in this case doesn’t matter because the egg rolls were filled with something like mashed potatoes and made them unpalatable. The beef bun was edible but the side vegetables were soggy and carrots tasted fermented as if being left at room temperature and forgotten for several days. Not recommended. I’m beginning to think that all the restaurants around this strip (Hot Wok, Inshou, etc. ) are owned by the same person or business that knows nothing about the foods they are supposed to serve.

Great service and delicious food. The place looks very clean, and all the food came out very fast. There is a Spanish speaking server who was very helpful explaining the food and what was in it. You can order trough a screen or just sit.

Pho Little Saigon is a cozy spot for a hearty winter lunch. Their large pho bowl of PHỞ BÒ VIÊN TÁI (beef balls and rare steak), paired with a Soda Chanh, is a perfect combo. The broth is rich, flavorful, and deeply satisfying, while the portions offer an excellent meat-to-noodle ratio, ensuring every bite is balanced and hearty. The service is quick, though table cleanup can occasionally lag. Seating is self-serve, and clean tables are generally available. At around $20 for a large bowl, the price feels fair for the portion and quality. A great place to warm up and enjoy comforting Vietnamese cuisine.

Meh… Not great and not terrible… It was pretty fast. Once I pour in the Sriracha it all tastes the same. Meat kinda gummy, but what do you expect in this day and age. It was fast, it was averagely priced…. sort of clean….

All the standard menu items including pho, bun, and rice dishes. Bun was not very good with overly soft noodles, weakly flavored sauce and not enough vegetables, though pork was very tender and tasty. Pho broth and ingredients were ok, but not outstanding. Very nice and effective service. Prices are relatively high here.
