Yesterday I placed an order for a wake up wrap and a donut, I pull to the window and a young girl said the amount and swiped my card. She then went to hand me a large iced coffee which I said oh sorry I don’t order that. She proceeded to tell me that she asked me and continued to talk about me to her coworker saying “bro I literally asked her this is why mistakes happen like I asked her and she said yes” which never happened. Obviously if someone asked you if you ordered an iced coffee and you didn’t you’d say no. Then she charged me TWICE for the iced coffee AND my order which is insane. I didn’t notice until I got home later. Customer service is absolutely dead. Do better dunkin this girl needs to be fired and probably will not succeed anywhere she goes in life with that mentality.

Hit or miss with the food. Sometimes my breakfast sandwich is over cooked and burnt, other times it is ok. The hashbrowns are always hard and stale and burnt though. LOL they are consistent there.
BUT I tell ya the other consistent thing about this place, is the one girls attitude sure stays consistently nasty. I mean pure toxic is spewing outta this girl. Seriously get a different job. You honestly make people depressed girl. She is so impatient too when you order too.
BUT today they forgot my bacon and hey the hashbrowns were NOT burnt. BUT the nasty girl is still there. Snooki wanna be.

Bought a caramel Ice Coffee and they barely put any caramel had to throw it away because was in hurry to get to work on time. If not would of went inside for them to correct it. This place needs to do a better job.

ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk. thought the wait was a little long and then i still had to wait at the window for my matcha. which is basically just milk and they used regular milk so it’s garbage. wish i got a receipt so i could get a refund for my $5 cup of milk.

All it takes is one bad experience and will not return to the location! Completely clueless! Went thru drive-thru ordered their new Peach Sparked beverage asked for light ice. I got a full cup of ice and what it looked like water. Completely no color just clear liquid, not even a tint of peach. All I was going to pay for was a medium cup of ice. Requested a refund, went to Starbucks problem solved!

The staff here might be former Disney World employees, because they are always super friendly and happy! We love coming here. They always get our drinks right and the donuts are fresh no matter the time of day. I wish I had asked the most recent employee for her name, because she deserves employee of the year! She was awesome! (To be continued because I’m going back to get her name)

I need to say it has been years since I’ve been to a Dunkin’ Doughnuts, but at what point did they get so expensive. Wow! The lady that took my order gave me an iced coffee when I had asked her for a large black coffee. It’s fine, I don’t mind those, but ask if you didn’t hear me. I gave the Doughnuts away, but they said that they were good.
