I went to this Subway on 10/7 around 6:20pm with my girlfriend. We ordered two footlongs through the mobile app. We sat down inside to eat. We realized that both sandwiches were wrong and not what we ordered at all. We went to the counter to let the staff know, and they took the sandwiches back to the prep area.
I told the two ladies they needed to throw those sandwiches away because we had already opened and touched them and contaminated them. The ladies smirked and acted like they would throw them away. Instead, I watched in disbelief as they opened the touched sandwiches, removed the outer paper wrapping, re-wrapped them in new paper, and placed them in a new bag to give to the right customer.
That is a serious food safety violation and completely unacceptable after clear communication on my part to ensure they were disposed of properly.
This wasn’t the first time I’ve witnessed unsafe food handling here. On another visit, one of the employees was preparing sandwiches, answered the phone while wearing the same gloves, handed the phone to another worker, and then went right back to making food without changing gloves. It’s clear there’s a complete disregard for basic hygiene and food safety standards at this location and maybe no understanding at all!!
If you care about how your food is handled or expect cleanliness and safety when you eat out, I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway.
This location needs an immediate inspection and retraining on basic food safety.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location around 7:25 PM. The staff member behaved extremely rudely with me and showed no respect at all.
I paid for my food with my own money—it was not free—yet I was treated very badly. Customers expect basic manners and professional behavior, which was completely missing. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management takes this issue seriously.

TERRIBLE customer service! I’ve been a Subway customer for YEARS! Got a good deal on a turkey sub in my email, so placed the order. When I double checked the $3 off was not honored on the purchase. When I picked it up, I showed the email to the cashier. Granted, none of them speak English well. She had to ask for help as she said there was nothing she could do. She looked at my phone, checked out the email, so did the other girl behind the counter. They then said it was my fault and they would not help since I placed the order and paid for it. I said okay, but since I was not able to get the deal that was promised, can I get a cookie? She called her manager as I guess no one in the store can authorize a cookie? Wow. She didn’t ask them about a cookie, tho, as I was standing at register listening to the call. When she got off the phone, she said yeah it’s like I said, we cannot do anything, you already paid for the order online without the discount. I said what about the cookie? She said yeah I asked for that too and they said that there was nothing we could do for you. Wow never heard such nonsense. I never complain like this I am super easy going but she lied straight to my face-she never even asked the manager if she could give me a cookie. Won’t be back here again. so due to me having a recent stroke, I’m unable to go into the store to order my food. I ordered it on DoorDash and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with extra buffalo sauce. Some kind of way I end up getting the bacon ranch club. I don’t eat pork and I called the store for replacement or refund. I wouldn’t recommend my dog eat from this place now you can see from the picture that there’s no buffalo sauce on the sandwich, but he wanted to argue with me up and down that they did nothing wrong and there was buffalo on the sandwich. I’ve never been so upset with a restaurant and I visit this subway very frequently, so for him to say that they did nothing wrong and that I must be mistaken and I have the sandwich in hand. It’s crazy to me again I want the customer service is horrible and yes, the manager called me and told me he watched the camera and there was nothing that they did wrong so they lost the valuable Loyal customer for life I’m just done. I’m over it. My other sandwich was the outlaw cheesesteak. Had jalapeños on it and I’m highly allergic to jalapeños so I instantly threw that in the trash and he still wouldn’t replace it. Ridiculous. I was ridiculous and was allergic to jalapeños. Pickles didn’t get extra pickles but did get jalapeños so it’s crazy.

Drove over to commerce, they say no coupons, so went over to york plaza subway, they do not accept coupons! What? I don’t care if i have a million bucks, that’s not cool. I will only come to this Subway from now on! … got two footlong bmt’s for $9.29…. friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and beautiful smiles. The girl was spraying cleaning products on all the food right infront of me. She was spraying the glass to wipe it but it was open. The girl making my sandwich said something to her in hindi and they both laughed. No wonder why my stomach always hurts after I eat there. Never again

Huber heights has been severely lacking in the subway department. They are either not open or not fully staffed or they don’t have anything available. EXCEPT this one!!! I went today for the first time in forever and they were fully staffed (4 people were behind the counter working on orders), the veggies were fully stocked, they were baking fresh bread, and all of the workers I spoke with were EXTREMELY nice! When subway was franchising out I feel like every other owner did not do well. This store was clean, fast, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Family owned and operated. Great and friendly service. Usual subway fair. BUT this is one of the very few subways in the area that honors the subway coupons. Coupon or not, this is the ONLY local subway location we use now. We usually do pick up orders and they have always been correct and ready when they say they’ll be ready.
