I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We tried the Pho, Spicy Pork soup, and Chicken Fried Rice. The soups were delicious, though neither was very spicy. They had chili oils on the table so we could make our food spicier. Our bowls had a lot of meat and we could barely finish everything. The chicken fried rice was excellent. The rice had a nice crispness from being fried (not just steamed or boiled) and the chicken was well seasoned.

The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.

I ordered the pork broth noodle soup with the seafood (H1) and it was delicious. First time ever ordering at this restaurant and this plate did not disappoint. Now my fiance and I will definitely be coming back.

While visiting this area and finding good PHO soup and reading the the reviews had to try the food. The staff are very nice. It took a little long to get someone to take my order. My order for egg rolls and Pho soup came out together. Which was not good! The egg rolls were so good I ordered another 4 to take home. The Pho soup was warm and full of flavor. The place is cute and welcoming. I will come back for sure

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for food is one dish, a type of chicken lo mein, is more like 2-3 stars. Pho is as good as it gets. Broiled pork chop very good. Egg rolls are bland. And sometimes they have sweet chili sauce but usually not. That is a staple in pho restaurants. They have multiple sauces. Why not sweet chili? All in all a reasonably priced very good restaurant with excellent friendly service.

This is my absolute favorite Pho place in the CdA area. There is nothing like their beef Pho. We have tried other dishes there like the short ribs, and a couple rice dishes, and they are all amazing. There egg rolls are to die for. We have dined in and done take out. Service was always quick and friendly.

Hands down the best Pho I’ve ever eaten! Me and my friends make the trip out from Missoula multiple times a year for the sole purpose of getting this pho. The service is fast, and the staff are very friendly!

The food tastes great, and overall we’ve had good experiences here. However, one aspect that’s becoming frustrating is being prompted to leave a tip when placing a takeout order. When I’m driving in, picking up the food myself, and spending anywhere from $80–$140 for my family, being presented with a tip screen feels unnecessary and uncomfortable.

Tips have traditionally been a way to recognize table service—servers who provide attentive, ongoing, and sometimes exceptional service throughout a meal. In a takeout scenario, that level of service simply isn’t present, as the customer is handling the pickup and transport.

Automatically prompting for tips in these situations can feel more like pressure than appreciation and detracts from an otherwise positive experience. I believe tipping should remain optional and intentional, reserved for service that goes above and beyond, rather than something customers feel obligated to navigate during checkout. Stop with the tip screens and or asking for tips… if I want to leave a tip it’s because I felt like it was warranted. If you want donations to pay for the salary of your employees you should rename your prompt to “would you like to leave a donation to help pay for our employees wages”.

Excellent beef pho with tender pieces of meat, tripe and tendon. Fresh spring rolls were good but could have used more pickled carrot and radish. I missed traditional (clear) dipping sauce but peanut sauce was good. The service was outstanding and very friendly and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely come again.

I have been to Pho Le 1 half a dozen times over the last year. Their food is amazing, their staff is helpful and amazing, their teas are amazing. I recommend this to my family and friends, especially the pho, their broth is perfect and they have lots of meat options. The dish pictured is the lemon pepper chicken on rice, and was also amazing

Was visiting Idaho to see my friends and we went to this amazing restaurant. All the food was delicious. I was in the mood for fried rice and I received the best fried rice I’ve ever had. There were crunchy bits in it and the flavor was amazing. Also the egg rolls were amazing too. I tried my friend’s pho and it was also pretty good.
