Never had Pho until I had a friend who spent time here a few years back told me all about how great the food is. Last time I was here in 2017 this restaurant wasn’t here. I must say that it was very filling. I couldn’t even drink the broth. There was absolutely no complaints. This was way better than I expected. I thought my friend was exaggerating. But he was right. If I spent more time here I would definitely eat this once a week. My only issues was the coffee. For almost five dollars all I seemed to get was ice. I wish there was less ice and more coffee. I got the chicken pho.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with this place. I order #48 spicy that came loaded with meat and noodles. Had a very short wait time and the employees were very welcoming. Glad that I stopped here for lunch.

I’ve tried vegan pho at multiple places across the country, mostly at small independent places. The vegetarian pho here is the best I’ve ever had. The veggies are yummy, the tofu is fried, the bowl is bite, and they serve generous sides of sprouts, basil, and jalapeños. They even have coconut milk Vietnamese tea! Finding vegan options on post is always hit or miss but I’m gonna remember this place for those days I don’t feel like cooking!

Great food. Awesome Tea. Their prices are fair too.

Only have had drinks, have not had the food so it would be unfair to give a 5 without trying everything but the teas alone are flavorful and good. So I will try the food soon.

Worse pho I’ve ever had! Noodles are so short looks more like rice.. Not enough broth was given to cover noodles, chicken was super dry. Only one small pack of hoisin sauce given along with 1 packet Sriracha sauce. Please go off post this was a waste of money

Grilled Prawn & Pork vermicelli bowl (pictured) and Grilled Chicken & Fried Roll rice plate were delicious and reasonably priced for the portions served. We’ve also enjoyed the pho bowls and boba drinks. I especially like their Halo Halo version of a Filipino classic refreshment. If you’re in a big rush, then order ahead because they take longer than their competitors in the food court.

Phở was better than I expected from a food court stall. The place is very clean and cozy, and the staff is professional and friendly. They have little cute, thoughtful notes for everything so you don’t have to ask silly questions.

The Pho was really good. It was a little expensive for the amount you got, but that’s understandable being under AAFES. The staff was really kind and helpful. I will definitely come back while at Fort Bliss.

We ordered a passion paradise drink, a strawberry fusion, and an original Thai milk tea with honey Boba . They were delicious and we would go back. The staff were friendly and our order was ready right away. I would recommend it.
