It is safe to say that the price is right for this Pho Factory. What you receives reflects the low price you pay for the food. The Pho is watery and somewhat devoid of flavor. The meat is low quality and so there you have it. Nonetheless, if you are in a pinch and need some cheap Pho this place may just do it or not.

Located in Royal Hawaiian Center. I love their soups. Even my picky 2yo approved their pho. We offered Seafood Pho soup to go. It came in couple boxes to mix right before eating. Good price for good taste. I was there twice already. Don’t like to eat in food court environment, so always to go. But still very good. About $14 for big bowl.

For a fast pho, Pho Factory is the place to go. It’s actually very yummy, the chicken broth tastes nice, the chicken is tender and they give quite a bit and only $1.50 for extra chicken. The noodles are almost al dente, but soften when you put them in the broth. They give enough basil and bean sprouts. Will definitely be going back.

Instant pho is better than this place… Just tasted like salt water and rice noodles. Very disappointing tofu pho.

It was my first time trying Pho, and now I can say that I love Pho and will buy it whenever I find it back home. I enjoyed the Brisket Pho and the side stuff was fresh. Compared to everything else in Waikiki the price was low and it was quite the good meal for the price point. Honestly it was a relief to not have to pay 15+ dollars for a meal.

The lady who took my order was extremely rude and tossed my receipt number at me. I was actually shocked at the whole interaction and it wasnt even busy.. The food was decent but nothing I’d ever pay for again.

The Atmosphere provided by the international market is A+. Unfortunately, Pho Factory has nothing to show for itself. Service is subpar and the food is okay.

“BE ALERT ⚠️ This place used to be good to order in 2021. Now I came back April 29,2023 to order two combinations plate for $50.00 ❌️Their food tasted like left over stale food and dry burn spring roll like they recook it. So went back counter and tell the cashier spring rolls are stale, she gave me two more dry out spring rolls. What the hell I should have order from the next both Restaurant Mahaloha Burger

Food was okay. The lady taking orders was nice to me but I saw how rude she was towards other customers who needed more assistance. I understand there’s a lot of people for one cashier so maybe they just need more staff to provide higher customer service.
