This vietnamese restaurant has improved greatly since new management. The establishment is a lot cleaner and welcoming. Food taste is a lot better and staff is more attentive to customer’s need. I had the Pho D’Lite.

Food was ok. I got the fresh shrimp summer rolls, Asian poppers, shrimp vermicelli bowl and the chai iced tea. The shrimp summer rolls were good with the peanut sauce. The Asian poppers were ok. I could have gone without those. The chai tea was good and the shrimp noodle bowl was ok. I wish the noodles had a taste. Otherwise service was fine and the establishment is clean. Next time I would try the pho.

The food was pretty good. We had the pho and it was quite tasty. The Asian poppers were okay, wouldn’t order them again. Service was only okay, but the speed at which the food came out made up for it. That and the price is good!

Went here on a Saturday early afternoon. Not many people inside, ordered off the regular lunch menu. Good came as quick as expected. It was really good, as I saw in a couple other reviews the portions could be a little bit larger. Presentation of food was nice as well. My one complaint just had to do with finishing touches; bar isn’t complete, men’s bathroom sink didn’t feel physically right, it looks like they opened a couple weeks before they were truly ready than never got around to finishing the work.

I just want to start off by saying that this review is ONLY for the Pho D’Lite on Race Track Rd. in Bowie, MD. This review is NOT for the Pho D’Lite in College Park, MD. I have never had an issue with them. I also want to state the fact that I am vegan, and Pho D’Lite has advised before that they do have vegan-friendly options.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I didn’t even get a chance to order food because the customer service was horrendous. I went in and the person who was to be our waiter was instantly rude upon speaking to us like they didn’t want to be there. They didn’t direct us to sit down they just waved us away. We decided to ignore their rudeness and sit down to eat and they seemed annoyed with us for asking for a menu. We chose to get up and leave because if you’re this upset at us existing there I don’t trust you won’t tamper with our food. The customer service here needs to do better. That aside the place looks run down and dirty. The table we sat at was sticky to the touch and the wood on the table was peeling? Or scuffed. All around gross place with gross customer service.

Stick to the Vietnamese food. Pho was good, summer rolls and peanut sauce was great! Pad thai was bland and not at all tasty. Vermicelli was ok, not bad not fabulous. Def a pho spit when your craving that. Not the spot if your looking for best pho in town.

I went to get Pho this evening, arrived at 8:35PM and the employee who greeted me, acted as if he was irritated that we were there to place an order, I’m guessing because it was 25 minutes until closing. My summer rolls were thrown together and there were no chop sticks or utensils in my bag. If your hours posted say you close at 9:00PM then your customer service needs to be in effect until your establishment closes for the night, SMFH!!
