General TSO chicken was the smallest potion I’ve ever seen… My 3 yes old granddaughter could have eaten this n still been hungry….. Only six small pieces of chicken and a few crumbs of chicken… never again..!!! Customer service was so so…. Three women working 9 tables showing more favorite towards the white customers than the two black customers!!! Especially the foreign lady!!! Gnats flying around too!!! Paid closely $70 , I talk to the pregnant lady.. about how small the order is …then the pregnant lady said… Yeah I no it’s small… SMH

Absolutely horrible! I took one bite out of my hibachi shrimp and almost threw up. The crab legs were horrible, cold, difficult to break open, no flavor. The rice, noodles, shrimp, and vegetables all taste like oily, dirty chemical water. The potatoes had no seasoning. The bread was hard. Nothing was tasteful but the corn and the yumyum sauce. The customers beside us were also complaining of the horrible food. I literally had to chew several mentos to get the after taste out of my mouth. The atmosphere was nice.

Made an online order to go.( inside the casino)
1. Had to track down someone to get the order. Only one made it to the pick up spot. The second had to track down someone cause when we asked where it was the person we talked to was very rude. The last order was placed by the door dash pick up spot.
2. Crab ragoons weren’t cooked all the way. The egg roll wrap in the middle was supper soggy.
3. When asked about grabbing our drinks for our order we where once again answered back very rudely
4. The hibachi chicken with noodles was all mixed up and the pieces of chicken where like pieces trimmed off of a fatty piece and just little crumbles. It only had like 4 or 6 decent sized pieces of chicken in it.
5. The egg rolls where the only thing that we had no issues with.

We was looking for somewhere to eat crabs and I seen where they had all you could eat. We are hard core crab people so we know great crabs. I was nervous at 1st being it was an oriental type restaurant, but they did a superb job. They were very flavorful and easy to get into. The potatoes and corn was also very good. Of course the price is high but that is to be expected crabs are basically a delicacy these days. We went around 2 on Saturday afternoon and there was no wait at all. The server was super nice and attended to our every need. We will be going back. I give them 5 stars.

Initially we went for The Stadium, but seeing as no one was working…. We went next door to Pho Boy. This place is a great concept and I can see how it COULD be a decent place to eat but that was not the case. Let’s start with the Food.

Food: The food surprisingly was not bad. I ordered the Beef Hibatchi and it was Good! The Beef was tender and the veggies were crisp. If I this review was just about the starts, they would get 5!

Service: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. We waited 45 minutes before we could even get our order in because we could find no one to talk speak with, no host, not waitress, no bartender…
Once we finally were able to order, the “Bartender” looked directly at the couple next to us and told them she didn’t know how to make any drinks and the best she could do was a beer or a shot. They ordered a shot of Patron and she stated that they Ran out. You Ran out of Patron at a Casino? Anyway… would 10/10 Not Recommend this restaurant.

The crab legs were good, but there was zero urgency from the staff. We were waiting 20-25 minutes for refills, even for soft drinks. People around us were getting crab legs within minutes. We had to flag down servers just to get drink refills. I have 11 years of restaurant experience, so it takes a lot for me to say anything, but this was some of the worst service I’ve ever seen. Especially for the price. We also never got a bucket for the shells.

We asked for hot butter and were given 2 cups of light yellow not melted butter.
If you want crab legs on the Coast, Treasure Bay 10 times out of 10.

We were so excited thinking it was gong to be fantastic for 2. Crab legs and shrimp for $89.00 bill. It was awful. It was so overcooked you couldn’t peel or crack them. Really bad and the sides were worse. Go anywhere but here! They acted like it was a bother when we asked them to bring us our drinks and silverware after already bringing our food .

Came here with my dad a couple weekends ago and still really haven’t gotten over our experience. We had “unlimited” crab legs at Pho Boy and the place was completely empty when we got there. I say “unlimited” because it’s not unlimited and they only serve like 3 plates of crab per person. False advertising. The women at the front was really nice and helpful, but the other women that would bring out the food was rude for no reason. She acted like we were a burden on her having to do her job and she would make snarky comments towards us like “are y’all finished yet?” Trying to rush us out of there even though there were no other people to take care of. When she wasn’t being rude she was actively ignoring us, so when we needed a refill on our kids sized cups (not what we ordered) we had to go talk to the lady at the front. Just a weird experience overall. The crab was excellent but the service was insane. Covid really made people in the food industry give up.

You pay $39.99 for all you can eat snow crabs but it’s not really. It’s not a buffet where you choose. You sit down and wait for staff to bring out a platter of five crab legs, two small potatoes, one small corn ear, piece of bread. You place a crab sign where staff can see so they can bring you 3 legs. If you want more, it’s always 3 legs and it’s a wait. So finally we gave up and was done. Usually when you get a crab leg, it breaks and a large amount of meat is shown. Not this, the leg was rubbery where you had to work hard to get the meat. Very very disappointed. Would not recommend. Very expensive. Also the chicken hibachi had no flavor. Will never go back. The hostess was extremely nice though.
