5-Star Review for Pho Bobun

Pho Bobun is a hidden gem! The pho broth is rich, aromatic, and clearly simmered slowly with care—deeply flavorful with every sip . Noodles are silky, and the beef is tender, melting in the mouth. Their spring rolls are fresh, paired with delicious peanut sauce . Staff are friendly and attentive, making the cozy atmosphere even better. Authentic Vietnamese flavors done perfectly—worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be back!

It’s a delicious place for pho lovers but the service is a bit harsh and not talkative, you don’t get a thank you or merci for tips and they don’t say good bye when you leave. It’s not very clean but for a fast bite it’s okay. For the Food and pricing we can recommend.

Right after landing in Paris, we were craving for a bowl of hot pho. upon arriving at the hotel, we searched Yelp and found this restaurant with the highest rating for Vietnamese food.

At first, we were kind of skeptical about the restaurant serving both Vietnamese and Thai food. Once we got our first sip of the pho soup, we were in Pho heaven, one of the best tasty soups we have had for a long time.

Not only the soup was amazing, the noodle was authentic with chewy and not soggy Vietnamese noodle texture. The portion was generous with very reasonable price.

The other dishes we got included Bo Bun( beef vermicelli), cha gia( egg roll), lemon grass chicken and thai shrimp salad were excellent as well. Especially the Bo Bun, the beef was grilled to perfection with tasty tender meat. Highly recommend this dish.

The people here were so friendly. They treated us like family. A Zhu was the one that greeted everyone with Bon Jour with a very big smile. So when you come to dine here, ask for A Zhu and she will take care of you. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered the Pho which was pretty standard, but the spring rolls were amazing – super crispy. Asked the staff and they said they were hand made cause they also like to eat them themselves. The staff were extremely friendly and prompt, and overall was very satisfied with the meal here.

I had the chicken pho – the broth was good and the noodles cooked perfectly but the chicken was ver low quality of mostly skin and fat. Edible but not good.

Well, would not say that this place is a place to go. Pho noodles were a bit under however the soup was quite nice. The beef used was tender and plentiful for the portion ordered. The mixed stir fry veggies were not great. Very heavy on sauce and not much for a portion of veggies. The Bordeaux wine ordered wasn’t great – tasted like it was starting to turn. Annoyingly there were quite a few small flies lingering around.
TLDR- Not 100% authentic but if you just need a feed, it’s ok

Was craving something Asian and this restaurant popped up. The vegetable Pho was delicious, highly recommended. I had the chicken noodles which wasn’t the best, it lacked a bit in flavor. The prawn tempura with potatoes were yummy.

Superb! Honestly the best Vietnamese Chicken Salad I’ve ever had. My Chinese partner adored the Pho – so flavourful! The steamed dumplings were flavourful without being too gelatinous and the fried ones weren’t too greasy.
