Disgusting and dirty interior. Trash scattered everywhere. No ice in either drink machine. Sodas were flat. Bathroom door is broken. Paper towel dispenser is long broken with paper towels permanently stored literally in the trash with a separate trash can sitting in front for actual trash. Food came out wrong with missing items. They do what a lot of places do now and just make everything “to go” even when you say “for here.” Menu displays sauced nuggets but they said they don’t do that here.

This is a KFC / Taco Bell combo location. This location is in disrepair and evident that the Franchisee is non-existent.
After ordering my food at 11:05 I finally received my order at 11:16.
Every worker is wearing gloves improperly, they are not changing them regularly, washing hands prior to putting on new gloves, handling money, and then preparing foods.

I am seriously concerned for the communities safety the longer this location goes unchecked by corporate or the franchisee at a minimum.
Same on you Tasty Restaurant Group, LLC, the affiliate of Triton Pacific Capital.

went to order to go went to pay was told exact change or card rudely. I was standing waiting about 3 minutes and was about to take my business elsewhere. apon being told this I felt my time was wasted.

Arby’s Next door was more than happy and welcoming to take my order and didn’t care how I paid .

Always fast and accurate. That says it all. I have grown to accept the curse of craving taco bell, and that’s you eat what you get (not always what you order )…. But not this location. I stop here every time I am passing by, and they always get my order correct. Thanks guys!!! You all deserve a raise .

Ate here a couple nights ago, and my husband and I both got food poisoning!! I had to be taken to urgent care because I couldn’t keep fluids down! He’s been nauseous and throwing up too, just not as badly as I was. Food didn’t even taste good! Do not eat here!!

Taco Bell is usually a mainstay for my family on road trips, and we decided to stop here for some dinner. The food was by far the worst I’ve ever gotten from a taco bell. The crunch wrap was barely assembled, everything had a weird flavor, and my wife and I both got food poisoning. Awful experience, may have put me off Taco Bells in general

If you want old expired food, no ice in your drink, flat soda, sticky shoes, and poor customer service when you question all those things eat here. I tried telling them their food was expired based on very weird odors/smells. They need to shut this place down.

Just got a Mexican pizza and the shells tasted burnt, I think it was fried in old oil. The meat and everything else tasted fine but what was the worst Mexican pizza I’ve ever tasted.

First off, My husband and I walked in and my husband being the friendly guy he is, walked up to the guy and said, “Hi, how are you?” No reply. Okay awkward but whatever. We order, and the guy asks if we want ice in our drinks, we say yes and he puts in ice, the ice in the customer fountain drink station was out. But what they failed to mention that ALL of their sodas were also out or just flat. So I had to go back up the counter and ask for the drinks I wanted. Also the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilet paper was sitting on top of a trash can and not in the dispenser, and so were the hand towels. This place was so poorly managed and ALL of their staff were lazy and couldn’t refill or replace anything in their store. Never coming back to this location.

I decided to go to KFC/Taco Bell to get something to take back to my hotel room. I noticed the floors were very sticky. Two people were in line ahead of us, waiting to place their orders. We stood in line for approximately 15 minutes before someone started taking orders from those in the line.

Once we got to the counter, I asked about the difference between a two-piece and a two-piece fill-up. The young man taking my order pointed to the stand on the floor and said, “It’s right there.” I said, “Ok, I see that, but what’s the difference?” He explained that the only difference is that you get two “poppers.” I had no clue what poppers were. However, I decided to get a regular two-piece.

While waiting, I suppose the store manager told one of the three workers to lock all the doors and that they’d have to go behind each customer to lock the door back once they left. That was strange to me.

Our order was finally placed at 6:45PM, and our number was called at 6:12PM. I don’t understand why the wait was so long; they had plenty of chicken and constantly brought out trays of it to place in the warmer.

We went up to the counter to pick up our food and stood there for 6 minutes, and I finally said very nicely, “Ma’am, did you call 3287”? She then looked at me, rolled her eyes, and rudely said, “I did.” She then put the bag on the counter with a slight attitude. I didn’t under that, but I let it slide. Maybe she was tired because she complained to another customer about having to drive back to Petersburg, VA, where she lives. I checked my order to ensure it was correct and left. This location was problematic before when I visited Emporia, but I decided to do a review this time.

I can’t see myself returning to this location. I’m willing to drive all the way to Roanoke Rapids, NC, 19 miles away, rather than return to this horribly managed and run location.
