I’m very disappointed I used my app to get a free cheeseburger it wasn’t popping app as free it was popping app as some 45% off so I kept giving them new calls none of them were working until I finally got it to work and gave them the right code then all of a sudden I have to pay to $3 and I was very confused they charged me for a whole nother Burger and then when I called them to see why they charged me for a whole month ofucker she said OK thank you and then hung up that was really rude and got my order wrong putting onions on both burgers. Very disappointing even though I come in every day. This place socks all they do is have attitude that’s ridiculous

Mobile ordered before I left work on a Friday night at midnight. App and website said it was open until 4am. Paid for my food. Waiting in drive thru and they turned off all of the lights. If they decided to close at midnight, fine. Can I just please have my money back?! Knocked on the window. Staff ignored me for 10 minutes. Finally got someone to come to the window. I explained that I had already paid for a mobile order and just wanted my money back. Guy said that he couldn’t help me. Eventually I went online and figured out a way to cancel my order and receive a refund in 1-5 days. Couldn’t staff have told me that when I was there? Instead of telling me that they can’t help me and shutting the window on me?!

Poor quality. This was from May 6. Food was not prepared well. I think the picture says it all. I went back in and spoke to the manager about the issue (see photo). He said that’s just the way they make them. He said the photos are photoshopped and the food doesn’t look like that. I asked if he would take it back and fix it and he said that’s the way it looks. So I said you want me to post this on social media like this or would you like another chance to fix it? He said it would just look like that again. So ok here ya go!

Nicole The Manger is the only reason I will give this location more then 1 star.
They always forget something or make something wrong, I ask for no egg they put eggs on, I ask for Extra breakfast sauce they put less then the normal amount, I ask for extra bacon they don’t add Extra, but they have no problem changing for the extra sauce and bacon. Nicole is the only one who ever gets my food right, even my coffee i ask for 2 creams and 6 sugars again Nicole is the only one who can get that right so I don’t recommend this location unless the other staff members learn to appreciate their customers, it’s strange that only one person here cares enough to make food how the customers order.

I order breakfast for the family, and they always mess it up. Today’s mess-up was not being able to count how many picantes went into the bag. It’s just disappointing with how expensive McDonald’s is now. Looks like I’m going another 6 months without it before I retry this massive disappointment of a McDonald’s location again.

This is the second pick up order that I have the first one will just sitting there for 10 minutes the second order we’re just sitting there for 8 to 10 minutes to make and there’s no mine in the drive-through so I don’t understand what is the point of doing a mobile pick up order and I would they make area and they take me 10 minutes to get my food beyond unacceptable and I will not be doing it anymore so not working so this Mac quicker than a freaking drive-through and they put your order less over drive-through or whoever in the restaurant ordering.

Went to get a Big Mac meal with no middle bun and got a huge mess. Mind you I did get it replaced but the mess I got was ridiculous. 2 time going there and 2nd issue I had. Needless to say I’m done with McDonald’s ever

There’s no customer service here. No fountain machine and no access to ketchup salt anything in the main lobby. You have to ask multiple times for your order or anything you might need.

Zero Effort!! It’s fast food/junk food but they need to at least A: get the orders right. And B: make the food the way its advertised. Jalapeño McDouble had 2 Jalapeños on it and a spot of sauce. Just one recent example of their incompetence.

We walked in and were asked what we wanted to order immediately. We ordered and were told to have a seat, and our food would be right out. Our server brought our food out in less than 5 minutes. We were served with a courteous smile and thanked for our purchase. Another employee came by to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything else. About 5 minutes later, our server came by and asked if we needed anything else. The service and food were excellent, and our visit was very pleasant.
