Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

Poor quality. This was from May 6. Food was not prepared well. I think the picture says it all. I went back in and spoke to the manager about the issue (see photo). He said that’s just the way they make them. He said the photos are photoshopped and the food doesn’t look like that. I asked if he would take it back and fix it and he said that’s the way it looks. So I said you want me to post this on social media like this or would you like another chance to fix it? He said it would just look like that again. So ok here ya go!

It’s the negativity in these comments for me. I’m honestly surprised about the amount of negative comments below. I’ve never once had a bad experience, employees are always friendly and so are the managers. Food is always hot and fries are always crispy as well as nuggets and they always add extra pickle upon request! Oh! & this McDonald’s rocks for having there ice cream machine working and actually putting it on the drive thru menu when it’s out of order!

How hard is it to make a Carmel frappe? Well the coal city McDonald’s would have you thinking you need to be Gordon Ramsay for this simple drink. Ordered 3 frappes on 3 different days. Super watery and not even one full Carmel drizzle even though I paid for extra every single time.

For a brand new McDonalds, this place is a pit. No service at the counter, have to use the kisok. Last in line to brink food to the table with a story for the wait the drive is full. Seating area is non existent. They might as well close the lobby and make it drive through only.

Employees swearing food was cold and they weren’t even busy and didn’t even give us all our food. My kids didn’t get the drinks we ordered and wouldn’t hardly eat. They were just ready to leave. Lobby was dirty. Employees arguing loud with guest in lobby.

Zero effort put into the food at all. Don’t pull forward if they ask. I sat for 25 minutes just to find out they forgot about me, then when I walked into to get my food they messed up the order. We spent almost an hour of our day waiting on to meals. This McDonald’s is the worst and they don’t care because they know they’re the only one around.
