This location for Panera I think was great. There were plenty of available tables at 9:50 am in a Thursday (and all of them clean).

They gave me my to go salad with dressing on it so by the time I got to work it was soggy and the croutons was stale. They used to put the dressing on the side Wasted $10…I guess I need to clarify it next time

In the area often for work and Panera is a default when ordering delivery for business meetings to accommodate the masses. We order weekly and this location literally gives us whatever they want. Ordered the turkey bravo, got a chicken frontega. Ask for no olives or croutons on salad but they were there. You never know if what you will get, some may enjoy that mystery but if you’re hosting for business you’ll end up apologizing on behalf of Panera often. Not that the food sucks, its just that its literally not what was ordered.

Got charged up! No lice. Leprechaun leaping around kitchen with the side gala apple. Went on, “You pick 2!” to choose the fate of both myself and my kin. Homosexuality. Tried to bring wine into building for girls night. Declined at door. Ate subbmarine sandwich at full throttle. My dog in the car had to preform CPR to bring me back to life.

I ordered fuji apple chicken salad, and once again it was missing ingredients. This time there was no chicken…NO CHICKEN! Sadly, this has now become an intolerable occurrence. Other times the salad was missing pecans or tomatoes, apple chips, and hardly any cheese and hardly any lettuce! I mean I like the salad but I’m not getting what I paid for. I’ve brought this issue of missing ingredients to the managers. I guess I’ll have to start checking my orders, but I shouldn’t have to! This really angers me. Where is the manager training and supervision. Some of my friends have have told me that they’ve been shorted ingredients in their orders as well. You really need to step up your game Panera, you’re loosing you following.

One of the nicest Paneras we have visited. (Manager took our order) No kiosks but manager stepped up to help two clerks serving a short line. Sliced sandwich, two plates so we could share – didn’t know those buttons were available. She even posted my name on order from my card – didn’t have to ask.

Just picked up a Fuji Apple Salad for lunch. Chicken was bad in the salad. I thought maybe it was one piece so I continued to eat it but it tasted awful! Tried calling the restaurant and no one ever picks up! Will not be returning.

This is why I can’t eat their salad anymore: their asian sesame chicken salad should be called asian sesame chicken STEM salad! it’s all stems!!! (See picture). I think they cut off the leafy parts for sandwiches and then throw the stems aside for salad.
