Our pho is slow simmered with beef bones, traditional spices, and fresh ingredients prepared daily. VERDICT: Excellent lunch stop for a seriously good sandwich.
FOOD: The sandwiches just need to be experienced for themselves. They fuse Vietnamese flavors boldly with the great foundation of perfectly baked bread– crisp crust with chewy loft. Their pastries are worth a try, too. The brioche cinnamon roll has a subtle savory hidden in the notes of sweet.
SERVICE: Quick service.
ATMOSPHERE: The whole place was sparkling clean and the vibe was lively, yet comfortable. The music was a touch too loud, but our seat was the closest to the speaker (which is on a tripod instead of from the ceiling). This isn’t an issue, though, as it worked well with the motif.

The food is amazing, it’s fresh, flavorful, and it’s light. We loved the corn dogs and we also loved the different drinks. I will come back. My only issue was the service: my daughters’ food was brought out first and I waited about 25 mins before I asked for my sandwich. Then waited for about another ten minutes and nothing. I finally just asked for it to go. Next time bring all the food out together! And speak up! I will be back to give it another try because of the food and ambiance, but hopefully the owner sees this and trains waitstaff better.

Best Bahn Mi….by far!! They were closed the other day when I had a craving and ordered from another Vietnamese shop. They had one slice of thin meat and literally no pate. It sure was loaded with daikon tho!! I will never order from anywhere else but Paris Banh Mi!! So good and so deserving of all these great reviews!

I just tried the soup and the tea at Paris Banh Mi, and it was fantastic! The soup was delicious. The tea was refreshing and perfectly brewed, with just the right amount of sweetness.
The staff was welcoming, and Tuyen one of the staff was super friendly. The place had such a cozy vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu!

I thought the vegetarian “meat” was so savory and delicious. The lemongrass/flavor were very tasty and umami. To me, my preference is a more balanced vegetable to “meat” ratio. I like to feel like it’s healthy. And I was missing the bread! Is it even banh mi if I don’t look like a got in a scuffle with bread? I felt like it was almost a burrito, rolled tightly and neatly with the paper. That’s totally my preference! I will go back for the more filling banh mi. The tea was just ok. I will have to try it again.

We had a Coconut Boba tea. It was really yummy! We also tried a couple of the corndogs and they were cooked crispy but not greasy and had good flavor. We will come back to try other menu items. The decor and cleanliness is awesome as well!
