Went to try this cute place after reading good reviews and it did not disappoint. The family is so cute asks friendly. They gave slices of bánh tét as it is close to lunar new year. My kiddos loved it and were excited for the bones marrow and bread in their bó nè. The stone pho was really good and pho stayed hot the whole time. The portions were generous as well. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in area.

Just tried this place for the first time and was mind blown! I’m Vietnamese and have had A LOT of pho in my life- this was one of the best broths I’ve had and im not exaggerating.

We shared the “special hot stone pho combination” (feeds 2 people) which included oxtail, beef rib, tripe, tendon, meatballs, steak slice, etc – all for $30! In Boulder?!

Not only was the food delicious, but the space is huge and the owners are super kind. I also love that this is family owned. Highly recommend!

Came to Boulder to visit my couzos and was looking for a viet place that didn’t require a drive to Denver. Coming from the Bay (NorCal), I didn’t expect much. The owner is soo nice!! I asked him if he had bun rieu (crab pork noodle soup, not listed on menu) cuz i like bun over pho and surprisingly he did!! He said he can make it for me from the freezer and o.m.ggg.. sooo good! i could taste the actual crab flavor! My bowl had meatballs (mix of real crab and pork), pork knuckle, cha lua, and I also got shrimp paste on the side! Owner said he wants to update his menu to include bun rieu, bun bo hue, and mi quang in the future… i’d def come back if I visit boulder in the future. His bun rieu is better than some I’ve had in the Bay Area! Pho broth was yumms too. The restaurant itself is spacious (can seat several big groups of 10+ if needed) with good vibes and the usual viet decor that I am used to, also lots of condiments on each table including sriracha, fish sauce, and chili sauce. Milk tea was good too, jasmine, I personally would skip the boba tho… not the texture I prefer and not as flavorful. If you want authentic viet noodle soup in Boulder, this is a good spot!

Had the beef meatball pho and it was delicious. The broth was top notch flavor, highly recommend. Will definitely go back.

My wife is mostly vegetarian and had the veggie pho and thought it was good as well.

Sunday night, no wait. They have some big tables if you are looking for large party support.

Visiting from California and decided to try this place. I’ve tried alot of pho places in orange county, sf, vietnam. This place is definitely in my top 5. I didn’t expect much coming here.

It feels like a newer mom and pop shop so I went in giving them some grace on the service. The workers were nice, just a little unorganized. It’s clean, the broth is good and portion was huge. I’d definitely come back.

Not expensive, but very little meat and not a ton of vegetables are included, and $10 for 2 extra meat that gets you roughly 5 pieces! Disappointing in that way. Service was not great either, never asked how the food was.
Soup was good, good quality, Vietnamese egg rolls could be better.

I’m so happy this place is in Boulder!! They have a great authentic pho broth (not too sweet) which is served very hot, large portions of noodles and the right amount of protein (I got meatball and rare steak pho). We also got a vermicelli bowl that was really good. Great crispy egg roll and grilled chicken and pork.

The space was clean, and had a calm atmosphere. We will be back! This is some of the best Asian food we’ve had in Boulder.

We forgot to take photos because we were so excited to eat. We had Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls, the Pho Sate (spicy broth with beef flank, steak, and brisket). I had Vietnamese Coffee and my boyfriend had Sugarcane Juice.

Some highlights: the fish sauce for the egg rolls was very tasty. Also, I am so happy to have found a place nearby that does the house made spicy broth. It was easily the best pho in Boulder! The service and atmosphere are very pleasant. It is rare to find Sugarcane Juice, too, so that was exciting.

Overall, this family run business has a lot to offer and I hope they stick around for a long time!

Phở 559 serves up rich, flavorful phở with generous portions and fresh herbs on the side. The broth is bold, the toppings are fresh, and the chili oil adds a perfect kick. Their drink menu is great too—lots of boba and tea options. Casual, clean, and quick service—definitely a solid spot for authentic Vietnamese comfort food in Boulder.

Phenomenal Pho! This place popped up a few months ago and my fiancée and I have been meaning to try it. Even though they were busy they sat us promptly and were attentive throughout our time there.

Definitely get the egg rolls. They are not your typical egg roll and are more like the size of a spring roll. The (what I assume is) house made gochujang on the table was wonderful as well. Wish I took some pics, but go see it for yourself!
