While the menu is expansive, do not expect to see much of it. Very hard to order from the non-conveyor belt part of the menu. The conveyor belt is a very fun aspect, but most of the dishes they push are the most expensive, and stay on the belt for long stretches of time. Interesting experience, but would not return.

We did the “sushi school” and Blake was an incredible teacher- had a great time learning how to make the different sushi types and the whole event was fantastic.

I enjoy Yo Sushi as a chain. Its an ideal place to eat if you’re on your own and want to try an aray of things. I will agree with some of the other reviews on here that the prices can be a bit silly. £7 for a purple dish (which isn’t Anything partially special compared to the other options) is crazy.
Also, Yo Sushi, if you read this, please sort out your calories information. Your in store menus do not have any calories info on them (rather out of date compared to a lot of restaurants) but also, the calories info on your website did not match the cards on the conveyer belt. As genuinely one of the more low cal options in the high street, utilise this and advertise it, I beg.

It’s looking really tired in there. It used to be a fun place to go, but now the atmosphere in the restaurant is really lacking. My kids love the food which is why we went, but I personally wouldn’t choose to go. The food is always good as were the staff but the premises is not good. Also really fed up with sitting on bar stool at the end of a booth as there are no tables for 5

The onigiri was immaculate (as was everything we ordered, it was just a standout item) & the service was excellent too! Any little changes or additions we wanted were made without fuss. Belle listened carefully to our preferences & was a wonderful server. Thank you to the kitchen staff who also worked so hard to make our visit, perfect.

I’ve been to YO! Sushi in Norwich a few times over 4 years, and while my experiences were not always consistent and positive due to long delays in service, complications with accommodating dietary allergens , inconsistencies with friendliness and service attentiveness, I’m happy to say my most recent visits have been positive! The staff have stepped up their game—seating us more quickly, friendlier approach, and showing a much better flexibility around dietary allergens and slightly adjusting items on the menu to accommodate their customers better.
Tonight, our waitress Ella was terrific—attentive, helpful, friendly and professional. The kitchen also impressed us with how quickly they prepared our meals. The portions were just right, and everything was delicious. It’s been a pleasure to see the improvements, and happy to return. Great work to the whole team!

We had a lovely lunch at Yo Sushi, this afternoon and were treated so hospitably by all of the staff. Our server was Ren and they did an amazing job making sure we were well looked after and had a great experience! And of course the food was brilliant. 🙂

Don’t visit after 6pm as their only priority is orders to collect. The belt won’t be serviced with dishes & you’ll be asked to request dishes from the menu which won’t arrive particularly quickly because their priority is collection orders. Service was also very poor, pre-booked as we were a party of 8 & they seemed surprised when we turned up. We were then crammed onto a table for 4 which we just about managed as we had 4 kids but was another dint to the experience. We would have appreciated the honesty of a call after our booking to mention that we’d be crammed onto a table for 4 & that the belt wouldn’t be serviced as then we’d have booked earlier or elsewhere. I will absolutely recognise the efforts of the kitchen staff, who were working their socks off but sadly their priority was the collection orders & not the customers in the restaurant, which I assume was the direction of the manager.

I think that it’s just okay, and only worth if you’re going to take the all you can eat deal on Thursdays.
The salmon and tuna isn’t fresh enough so they put lemon on it which ruins the flavour, the texture and the excitement of sushi. The other rolls are okay but too much rice to filling ratio. Towards the last 20 minutes there was no dessert on the conveyor belt which is slightly disappointing, and Tuna Sashimi was only put out because we asked.
Service was nice but they’re not present, sometimes we would be watching to find opportunities to get their attention which dampened parts of the meal.
Wouldn’t come back though!
