Food is always good and I never have complaints but gah dang today I went in just for a drink and I stood in line (I’d have to wait for a cup either way with the kiosk) and it took 10 minutes for anyone to help, the four eyed kid helped the person in front of me then left me and someone behind me to wait for 10 minutes and all I wanted was a drink, was tempted to just grab the cup but didn’t. We did drive thru and asked us to wait on the parking lot and we waited for the order there for like 25 mins to 30 mins, and the guy came out and gave us the wrong order, actually it was belongs to another drive thru customer, and we ended up waiting for our order again. Finally, after about 10mins our ordered was given to us and the guy left and when I checked our order it was missing something and I have to get out of the car, get inside the McDonald to tell them that our order is missing something and the lady asked me to wait for 3 mins to cook for the missing order. And finally when it was done I came back to the car and have the breakfast but at first bite, I chewed an egg shell.. it was literally a muffin with sausage and eggshell on it. I ended up throwing them. Who do you think wanna have a breakfast with egg shells?. You guys have to do your job properly. I will never buy anything in this location ever again, you guys have the very poor customer service. If there is a rating below one star you guys deserved that.

Nothing like taking a bite of a chicken sandwich and getting a ~10-12 inch hair in your mouth. This place is absolutely disgusting.

Since corporate McDonald’s won’t do anything, will the franchise owners take action?

This restaurant seems to be going downhill quickly.

This is the second time this McDonald’s has messed up my order. The first time I filed a complaint through Corporate, they said they couldn’t handle it that the store addressed the issues and will be in contact; this has yet to happen.
Today, waited over 30 minutes for my curbside order. Had to go inside to stand and wait to be further ignored. The line inside was steadily growing. Finally an employee came out to get another persons order but walked away mid sentence. Numerous other customers had come in, waited and then left.
I received my order and asked for a manager. The manager I spoke with was taking another customers order but I waited once again. I explained I waited over 30 minutes for curbside and that was unacceptable. The manager seemed to not really care. I addressed another issue; I explained that while waiting for my order I observed an employee consistently touching their face, nose, and mouth and then touching food and not once did they wash their hands. The manager asked me to point out who it was, which I gladly did. The manager said they would talked to that employee.
Food I received was incorrect, wrong and missing items. Food was room temp and one sandwich was cold. Opening one sandwich we found hair with makeup one it (this is questionable, please see attached picture).
Ownership needs to address the constant issues people are continually having.

Every time i come here i use the app and it takes 5-10 minutes minimum. Once i came for breakfast and it took 20 minutes to get my food.

Ordered breakfast and my sandwich had mold in it I only swallowed one bite and called to complain and they said my situation is a high priority but failing to give me any updates or solutions it has been over 2 weeks I would not recommend eating their breakfast especially on the fact that they don’t care. I could’ve gotten severely sick and they make it seem like it’s not a big deal.

They are incapable of giving you what you order in the drive-thru. I didn’t even order anything special, just a 10 piece nugget meal. I was given a burger (after being moved forward from the window of course). After waiting forever, a manager then came and asked me what I ordered again. After another 5 minutes I was given my food but no sauce and apparently they haven’t been taught how to fill containers…. The picture shows my “large” fries. This was my third time going to this location and it’s never right. I won’t be going back.

Got called a liar by the manager on duty:

Ordered online. Received a bag of food. Noticed a sandwich was missing. Went inside. Asked for a manager. Said a sandwich was missing from my order. I was then called a liar by the female manager who refused to make me my fourth sandwich after I asked and was told to leave. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but the first time it was this bad. Never have I ever been called a liar when I have the receipt in my hand.

14 dollars no sauce for nuggets asked 2 times for ketchup and neither were in the bag when I got home. This isn’t the first time either, thought they were having a bad day but this is now a normal occurrence. No I won’t check the bag that’s your job
