Nothing like taking a bite of a chicken sandwich and getting a ~10-12 inch hair in your mouth. This place is absolutely disgusting.
Since corporate McDonald’s won’t do anything, will the franchise owners take action?
This restaurant seems to be going downhill quickly.
This is the second time this McDonald’s has messed up my order. The first time I filed a complaint through Corporate, they said they couldn’t handle it that the store addressed the issues and will be in contact; this has yet to happen.
Today, waited over 30 minutes for my curbside order. Had to go inside to stand and wait to be further ignored. The line inside was steadily growing. Finally an employee came out to get another persons order but walked away mid sentence. Numerous other customers had come in, waited and then left.
I received my order and asked for a manager. The manager I spoke with was taking another customers order but I waited once again. I explained I waited over 30 minutes for curbside and that was unacceptable. The manager seemed to not really care. I addressed another issue; I explained that while waiting for my order I observed an employee consistently touching their face, nose, and mouth and then touching food and not once did they wash their hands. The manager asked me to point out who it was, which I gladly did. The manager said they would talked to that employee.
Food I received was incorrect, wrong and missing items. Food was room temp and one sandwich was cold. Opening one sandwich we found hair with makeup one it (this is questionable, please see attached picture).
Ownership needs to address the constant issues people are continually having.
Ordered online. Received a bag of food. Noticed a sandwich was missing. Went inside. Asked for a manager. Said a sandwich was missing from my order. I was then called a liar by the female manager who refused to make me my fourth sandwich after I asked and was told to leave. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here, but the first time it was this bad. Never have I ever been called a liar when I have the receipt in my hand.
