This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. The shrimp spring rolls are fresh and served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. I usually get the grilled lamb Noodle Bowl, because I don’t usually find Lamb on the menu anywhere else.

I moved here from California and am accustomed to great pho restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised here their food is great . I love the chicken pho and pork crispy rolls the best. My favorite. Their service is great too. If you are rude to people your service is not gonna be stellar. I am nice, so my service is always great there. If you are trying to dine in and you come in at 7:40pm and they close at 8pm that is just poor manners to have them wait on you after hours… I love them and have been coming here for a couple year’s now and will continue.

This place has so much potential. I’ve eaten here several times. Service is great, but the portions for the pho isn’t at all generous. I always order a large combo of the rare steak, tripe, flank, brisket, and tendon. They skim out on the meat! They give you a little more noodles in a bigger bowl. They also don’t have hot oil/chilli oil and gave me pickled chillies instead. They would get 5 stars if only they were more generous with the proteins.

I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food. When this establishment first opened up I felt they were off to a great start. The broth, which is the most important part of the soup was perfect. Unfortunately the broth tastes watered down and prices have gone up.

A great find. Very clean restaurant. Good food and friendly service. While we were there, a couple of ‘regulars’ showed up and I always take that as a sign of a good restaurant. The rice noodles with pork was great, as was the flan for dessert.

Great food at a local strip mall Vietnamese joint. Went there twice in a week when we were in Monument and Colorado Springs for vacation. Try the pho with beef and tendon and the rice platters. Generous amount of food for the price you pay.

So we recently moved to the area and had hesitated to yeti this place because of the reviews of poor service. I’m not sure what the other reviewers were seeing because we’ve been in a couple times and the service has been great each time. Food is good, not mind blowing but way better than just ok. Fast and friendly. The only issue I have is they don’t give chopsticks when you order take out.
