I was introduced to this place by my workout buddy. I’ll admit that I was skeptical about the energy teas, but I am a believer now. Whether you need it before a workout or something to give you a pick me up during the workday, this place is amazing. I have visited several times and the service is always friendly. Today I had the Buttered Pecan shake and it was just perfect! The pecan pieces add the nuttiness and crunch I love. Another thing about the shake at only 16 ounces it was very filling. Perfect spot for protein shakes and energy teas. Great selection!

The service was wonderful, we chatted with a super sweet woman as she made our drinks. We got a red velvet smoothie and the tropical island tea, both of which are so refreshing and delicious!! The smoothie is flavorful and energizing without being overly sweet. They even have a stamp program that makes it easy to return. We’ll definitely be back!! 🙂

What a lovely establishment! The facility was clean and smelled delightful. The owner was friendly and they’re really involved with the community which is amazing! I got the strawberry banana shake with extra protein, a little sweet for me but it was delicious. My son got the pineapple mango shake and loved that!
