We had the pleasure of having this fantastic BBQ cater our Christmas holiday party at ROC Home Pros, and it was absolutely phenomenal! The brisket, smoked turkey, and pulled pork were incredibly flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. The baked beans and potato salad were just as impressive – everyone on our team agreed that it was the best potato salad they had ever had! The overall experience was great from start to finish. The owner, Michael Peterson, made the ordering process easy and stress-free, and he delivered the food right to our event exactly when we needed it. The setup was quick and efficient, making it perfect for a company event like ours. If you’re looking to cater in some amazing BBQ, this is the place to go. Highly recommend to anyone planning a company event, party, or any gathering where great food and service are a must.
